We had the set menu shared between 2 people and it was delicious. Started with bread, delicious dips and pickled veg which were fantastic. Main course was great – especially the potatoes, finely sliced and super crispy, perhaps the best potatoes I’ve ever had. “It's been many years since I had such an exemplary vegetable. To which of my fair cousins should I compliment the cooking?” Service and atmosphere were also perfect for an intimate date night.

My favorite part with my love is from hand-in-hand hiking adventures to a beautiful dining side-by-side at Poly. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the staff made the experience even better with their warm and attentive service. ✨🍷🍽️ 🦪 Oyster natural with finger lime 🍟 Chips with tuna tartare and miso emulsion 🥔 Crispy fried potato with salted egg yolk on top 🍔 Poly cheese burger with huge smoked onion on top (Sorry, it’s not our favorite but the crispy onion was good!) 🍰 Burnt lemon meringue pie Hot tip: make sure you book ahead!🍷✨ It fills up quickly, and you won’t want to miss it!

We booked a reservation for 2. Service was subpar as it took a while to call over a waiter to take our order (may be under staffed). Ordered lamb for the main, smoked cauliflower, flatbread, and bone marrow as a spread for the bread. The flatbread was tasty but unfortunately did come well ahead of the bone marrow hence by the time the bone marrow arrived, the flatbread was cold. Nonetheless the bone marrow was delicious. The lamb was $90.00 and we felt that it did not live up to the price tag. Was slightly under seasoned. Cauliflower was okay, felt that it was slightly undercooked. Service could improve greatly.

I’ve been dining out a lot lately, and while many places served decent food, most dishes were predictable and lacked excitement. Here, however, the food completely exceeded expectations. Each dish arrived in a way that was different from what I had imagined based on the menu – in the best way possible. It was a genuinely fun and flavorful experience. The atmosphere was great, and the food was truly impressive. One small downside was that the servers didn’t wipe the table when clearing dishes or serving new ones, which felt a bit off in an otherwise well-executed service. But I truly recommend this restaurant.

Loved everything I ordered that night! Service was attentive to the right amount without being pushy, and the vibes were great. Steak was one of the best I’ve tasted with the mustard and chilli pairing quite perfectly. It was tender and just the right amount of fat! Tuna tartare came with a bowl of vegetables but serving was just right, with the sauce that came with it. Potatoes… lovely starter. 1 per person would be just nice. Lemon meringue tart is layered and not your typical tart! A lot more filling than “tart” — not a complaint! Actually great to end off with this as it wouldn’t be too filling. 4 stars just because it’s a tad on the pricier side, but thinking of returning to try other menu items already :-)
