A super amazing experience at one of the best Swedish restaurants. The menu is rich with options. We went with the fish. The plates came neatly prepared and the fusion of the taste was super. They also have amazing desserts and drinks. Staff are super friendly and nice

Stopped by on my way to the Nordic Museum after seeing good Google reviews. A male waiter/manager greeted me with a question along the lines of, “What do you want here?” I replied, “I want to eat!” He seemed surprised :)) After that, everything was perfect: a beautiful lady waiter served my table. I enjoyed my late business lunch, with excellent food, good service and a refined atmosphere.

Our visit to Wedholms Fisk was centered around their excellent fish and seafood offerings. The menu is thoughtfully organized by the type of fish, featuring standout options like sole, turbot, scallops, and char. We started our evening with cocktails, which were expertly crafted, and appreciated the extensive wine list available by the glass or bottle. The food quality was outstanding, although we noticed that some dishes could have been served hotter. It seemed that a few items were not served immediately after being finished, causing them to cool down a bit more than preferred. Service was friendly but a bit of a challenge. The restaurant was fully booked, and it appeared that there were too few staff members for the large dining room. This resulted in a hectic atmosphere where the servers had very little time for guest interaction. Our interactions were limited to essential information exchanges. Sitting close to the kitchen pass, we felt the hurried pace more acutely, though guests further away might have had a different experience. The restaurant itself is housed in an old building with high ceilings and a classic decor, complete with white tablecloths. This elegant setting contrasted with the rushed service, creating a somewhat disjointed experience. Overall, Wedholms Fisk offers high-quality seafood in a charming, classic environment. With some improvements in service efficiency, it could truly match the sassy-classy style of the house.

The staff was very friendly and the food was to die for. The seating was a wee bit cramped but luckily it didn't start to get crowded until the end of our meal. Also, the staff was very knowledgeable about gluten-free and all but one of the dishes was available without gluten. Highly recommend!

I had the fish of my life at this restaurant, prepared perfectly on a charcoal grill. The turbot was grilled to perfection, with just the right softness, making it a truly memorable dish. While we had some side dishes, the fish was the highlight—a beautifully prepared piece. The restaurant boasts an impressive wine selection from around the world and a broad menu that caters to vegetarians, though the focus is naturally on seafood. Unfortunately, oysters were unavailable during our visit. The restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible, and the staff is excellent, speaking perfect English—one even seemed like they might be from the UK. The atmosphere is vibrant, especially on crowded nights, making it a great place to enjoy a lively evening. I highly recommend trying this restaurant; the food is outstanding, and the experience is equally enjoyable.
