I have come to this hotel many times. The basic room is not big but usually charming. This time I was granted a room with a view on a white wall and barely any light coming in, even during the full day. In addition, the bathroom has a smell of sewage. Reception mentioned no other rooms were available although it was 16 local time but tried to sell me a costly upgrade. 240 euros per night to stay in a basement like room is not worth it.
A wonderful snowy, winter weekend in Stockholm. Main incentive was the Agnes gig (within the Berns venue) but we managed to enjoy fantastic food, drink and nature too in this beautiful city. The teams across the hotel, restaurant and bar are super helpful and friendly. We managed to take advantage of the whole venue from food, cocktails and partying. Shoutout to the lovely blonde woman on reception who checked us in and out - I wish I had checked the name for a mention. I'm sorry but thank you for the help and the chat about Swedish icon Robyn! We shared some feedback about one of the security team with the hotel and it was received professionally, with empathy and I trust it will be investigated. This didn't impact our positive experience though, nor my review. Tack så mycket!
This place is gorgeous 😍 Room is small but very cosy. Everything you need. Very central location to everything. Short walk to water, restaurants, cafes, shops, public transport. Beautiful restaurant Asian. Beautiful food but pricey. Breakfast is lovely. Brewed coffee no cappuccino available at breakfast. Nice selection of food available. Cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, bread assortment, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, bacon, scrambled eggs, beans, sausages. Inside the restaurant where U eat dinner/breakfast is gorgeous 😍. Massive chandeliers, beautifully decorated walls!
Just left from a wonderful stay at Berns in Stockholm! I really can’t say enough great things about this place—our room was ready when we arrived (before check in), so we were able to take a much needed rest and freshen up before heading back out. Brunch in the restaurant every morning was a highlight—incredible space and delicious food in abundance! Front desk staff always helpful and friendly. Room was just right, comfy bed and clean. Great soft robes! Location was super central to everything you could want to see and do in Stockholm! We left yesterday morning before breakfast and the had food and coffee ready to go for us to eat on the way to the airport. Thank you!
The hotel was amazing. The staff was personable and friendly and extremely helpful. The reservation personnel were always smiling and asking if I needed any help with anything. They guided me with my transportation needs, including setting up a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The ginger shot lady before going into breakfast was very friendly and kind. Isabella "Izzy" was excellent and also very kind and friendly. She was doing a lot of multitasking at breakfast time, but always had a smile and wonderful nature about her. She helped me with some places to go, and her recommendations were great. I would rate her a 10 out of 10. The gentleman who worked at breakfast also was kind enough to write a few places down for me.
