We had the most amazing stay at Bank Hotel Stockholm and could not recommend it more. From the moment we arrived the staff were so warm and welcoming. We were able to check in early and our bags were taken up to the room which made everything feel effortless. Every member of the team was friendly and attentive and it really made a difference. The room was absolutely spotless with a beautiful bathroom and excellent amenities. This trip was a birthday surprise for my fiancé and the thoughtful touches left in the room made it feel so special and personal. Breakfast each morning was delicious and freshly made and something we really looked forward to. The hotel itself is stunning and perfect for photos. What stood out most was how much the team cared about making our stay memorable. They helped arrange something really special for us and went far beyond what we expected which made the trip unforgettable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stockholm without hesitation.

One of the best place to stay in Stockholm. The position is fantastic just a breath awat from all the city landmarks. Rooms are well appointed and comes with all the majority of comforts you can expect in a luxury property. Staff is warm and welcoming so we really spent wonderful time there.

This is my last night here and I cannot express how wonderful the staff at Bank Hotel are. Special shoutout to Annie and Alex, who have brough me ginger shots, honey, lemon tea and looked after me while i’ve been really poorly on this work trip. I’ve truly felt at home. Not to mention how stunning and comfortable the rooms are! Thank you to everyone here. The team are what make the hotel so special. I hope to return again soon ❤️

We booked a room through Booking.com and shortly afterwards received highly suspicious WhatsApp messages from third parties containing reservation-related information and directing us to external verification links. The hotel later informed us that one of their IT providers had suffered a security breach. Honestly, the reason is irrelevant to me as a guest. I booked a room at a luxury five-star hotel and expected a completely different level of security and data protection. As a guest, I should never end up in a situation where personal reservation details are circulating and scammers are contacting me directly. This is deeply concerning and absolutely unacceptable. Trust is one of the most important things a hotel offers, especially at this level. Unfortunately, this incident has completely damaged that trust for me. Under these circumstances, I will cancel my reservation and book elsewhere. Very disappointing.

The hotel is very comfortable! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Unfortunately, we didn’t like our initial room because the window faced the building’s inner courtyard. I asked the front desk if we could change rooms, and they promptly assisted us, offering two other rooms — in the same category — but with better views! They were extremely attentive and kind. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bathroom products have an exceptional scent. The location is excellent, as it’s right next to a lively square with plenty of shops and dining options. In addition, it’s just a 10-minute walk from the Gamla Stan area, making it a very strategic spot. The breakfast is quite good, but you need to allow extra time, since some of the dishes must be ordered from the waiter and are not all available at the buffet. So if you’re in a hurry, make sure to go earlier!
