The most complete dining experience we have ever enjoyed. AIRA was perfect from start to finish - the warm welcome with introduction to each chef, to the private tour of the wine cellar as we waited for a taxi. The staff were professional and attentive. We were a family of 6 (with teenagers) and felt completely at ease. The chefs exuded confidence as they presented each course and were clearly passionate about what they had created. Every course was both beautiful and delicious. Worth the $$$ for a truly unique experience.
Last night, my spouse and I had a wonderful dinner at Aira Stockholm. The entire staff and chefs were amazing, the food was exquisite, and the atmosphere and hospitality were outstanding. We would like to thank the whole Aira team for this beautiful evening.
I had a lovely lunch at AIRA, with warm and attentive service from the moment I arrived. Passing through the open kitchen created a great first impression — spacious, calm, and beautifully organized. I started with a few bar snacks and a bottle of champagne before moving to the dining room. Each dish throughout the meal was beautifully presented with excellent, well-balanced flavors. I enjoyed almost every course. After the champagne, I added two glasses of red wine to pair with the main dishes, which worked very well. Dessert was a standout — complex, refined, and unlike anything I’ve tasted before.
This was an experience to remember! Already as you step into this beautifully and thoughtfully designed space, you feel like a cherished guest. Having the chefs individually introduced and watching them do their magic in the open kitchen was a nice touch. The service was impeccable, as expected for two Michelin stars. The interior is cozy and elegant. But the best part is definitely the fantastic food. Delicious canapés to start with, and the langoustine, the tuna and the choux au craquelin stood out to me the most. The crown jewel of the menu was the arctic char with caviar - every bite gave such an explosion of tastes. Extremely close contenders were the lobster tail, served with a fantastic sauce and a really yummy buttery bread, as well as the scallops with radishes and green chili. The “cheesecake” with roasted coconut ice cream was a masterpiece of a dessert. All dishes were beautifully presented and incredibly delicious, with an excellent balance of flavors and textures. The only thing I was less enthusiastic about was the first lobster dish with the “tea” - it had a bit too strong of a sea taste for my preference. I warmly recommend Aira, I can’t imagine anyone being less than happy after a visit to this brilliant restaurant!
An absolute amazing experience. The food and drinks were superb. And the personell, the waiters and chefs, were very humble and caring about the guests. There are restaurants and then there is AIRA! An absolute recommendation!
