The meal felt like a journey, with every dish carrying a sense of place and purpose. It was remarkable to experience how Chef Julien and the team honoured each ingredient’s character; delicate when it needed to be, bold when it mattered, always beautifully balanced. Every course arrived with precision and artistry, and we were consistently impressed by the balance, finesse, and execution throughout. Every course was exquisite, presented like art and executed with absolute mastery. Thank you for making Valentine’s Day so special for us!
I had the pleasure of dining at Odette. The ambience and the view of the newly renovated kitchen were breathtaking — watching the team in action truly enhanced the experience. Every dish made a case for why Odette holds three Michelin stars. Small notes accompanying the courses, detailing ingredients and origins, were a thoughtful touch I appreciated. My favourites were the amuse-bouche, the lobster, and the pigeon — the pigeon is not to be missed; it’s rare to find such a perfectly executed preparation in Singapore. Big thanks to Chef Julien Royer, Chef Adam, Chef Levin, Chef Noboru, and the entire team for warm service and a lovingly prepared lunch. I’d recommend Odette anytime — a beautiful, comfortable space that feels like home.
Restaurant “Odette” was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious — thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can really feel the care, creativity, and high-quality ingredients behind each plate. What made the evening even more special was the impeccable service. Our waiter Jnan went above and beyond, taking the time to explain every dish in detail, guiding us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism. It made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcomed. The atmosphere is warm, refined, and inviting — the kind of place where you can relax and fully enjoy the moment. A perfect balance of outstanding cuisine and exceptional service. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it.
I would give more stars if that were an option. 10/10. This was my first 3-star Michelin restaurant dining experience and honestly I’m still processing one day later how incredible it was. I’m vegan and the Chef was able to create a custom curated vegan tasting menu for lunch. The food was legit art, sometimes I had a hard time eating it because it was so beautiful. Each course was truly divine. The staff were unbelievably attentive. They moved in unison with grace. It was fascinating just watching the staff. They replaced my napkin during the tasting, kept the water refills coming without having to ask, cleared crumbs from my table, knew my name, delivered everything with a smile and perfect attention to detail. The decor was subtle, giving way for the food to shine. I loved the story that was shared about the chef and the restaurant. The restaurant is located within the gorgeous National Gallery of Art. My only “complaint” and it’s not really one, is that the bathrooms are located outside of the restaurant in the gallery. You’re having this exquisite experience and then have to walk quite far to the public bathroom. It takes away from the whole experience. Regardless, at the end of the meal, they gave me a jam to go. This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and I’m so grateful I had the privilege to be part of it. Thank you!
Absolutely the best meal of my life! The food was not only incredibly delicious but the presentation was like nothing I've seen. Micro flowers, micro mushrooms, each item was prepared with incredible care and attention to detail. Every bite of each course was savored and the wine pairing elevated things to another level. The service was such a beautiful part of the experience. No snobby "michelin" attitudes at Odette. Everyone was proud to work at such a special venue and they worked in harmony with one another. They were incredibly knowledgable, accommodating and fun. Thank you to the entire team for creating a meal and an experience we will always cherish.
