Had a wonderful dining experience at Restaurant Labyrinth. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. I loved how familiar local flavours were reimagined in such a creative way. The service was warm and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. A truly memorable meal and definitely worth a visit!
Labyrinth was everything I hoped my first Michelin-starred experience in Singapore would be: thoughtful, deeply personal, and unapologetically Singaporean. Came here for my birthday (solo treat yourself!) in March 2026 and left genuinely blown away, not just by the food, but by how much heart was behind the entire experience. The service struck that perfect balance of polished and personable. Every server felt excited to share the story behind each dish, and all the little cards and explanations made the meal feel interactive instead of intimidating. The menu itself was such a fun way to experience Singaporean flavors through a modern lens. The satay course was one of my favorites; familiar flavors but elevated in a way that still respected the soul of the dish. Same with the crab dish, which was incredibly rich and layered without feeling heavy. And the kaya toast dessert/course was such a clever nostalgic finish that somehow still felt fine dining without losing the comfort and charm of the original. Also did the wine pairing, which focused heavily on Asian producers, and that alone made the experience memorable. Had one wine, Molana Rasheh, that was vinified in Armenia and grapes literally smuggled out of Iran. Easily one of the most interesting wine stories I’ve encountered at a restaurant. One of my favorite unexpected moments: I was seated next to some wall decor that turned out to be gifts from Manila’s Toyo Eatery… another Michelin-starred restaurant whose chefs are friends with the team at Labyrinth. I had just been to Toyo a few weeks earlier, so seeing that connection made the experience feel even more personal and special. You can tell Labyrinth isn’t trying to imitate European fine dining standards; it feels proudly rooted in Southeast Asia and tells a uniquely Singaporean story the whole way through. Easily one of the most memorable meals I’ve had.
Great Singaporean-based Michelin Star restaurant to visit for special occasions! I went there as a group of 6 and the dinner experience was amazing! What I liked about this restaurant was that it was small enough to feel not too crowded but the layout was still spacious. Cozy but luxurious vibe certainly helped focus on the dining experience. The food quality was great as well. You get 13 course meal (all small size) but you'd feel full after main dish. Each dish is very unique and distinctive and delicious. Singaporean touch was certainly the best experience. (My personal top choice was Coffee Brioche but all were good.) Wine pairing was also a great choice but certainly raised the total cost.
Dining at Labyrinth is nothing short of a revelation—a journey through Singapore’s culinary soul, reimagined with breathtaking creativity and emotional depth. Chef LG Han continues to prove why this Michelin-starred restaurant stands in a league of its own: each dish isn’t just beautifully crafted, but deeply personal, rooted in memory while boldly pushing boundaries. The standout of the evening was Chef Han’s interpretation of Bak Kut Teh. It’s rare for a dish to feel both familiar and completely new, but this one did exactly that. The moment it arrived, it radiated warmth—comforting, aromatic, almost nostalgic. The first spoonful felt like a warm hug, capturing everything I love about the traditional dish while elevating it with finesse and clarity of flavour. It was soulful, refined, and unexpectedly moving. Then came the kabu congee, which may very well be the best congee I’ve ever had. Silky, delicate, and impossibly layered, it struck that perfect balance between simplicity and sophistication. Every bite was soothing yet complex, showcasing Chef Han’s ability to transform humble ingredients into something transcendent. Labyrinth isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a love letter to Singapore, told through dishes that surprise, comfort, and delight in equal measure. If you’re looking for a dining experience that lingers with you long after the last bite, this is the place.
Labyrinth was honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Every dish felt like a new discovery—familiar local flavors reimagined in ways that made me smile with each bite. You could really feel the chef’s passion and creativity in every detail, and it made the whole meal feel meaningful and fun at the same time. The wine pairing was spot-on. I loved how the sommelier explained why each wine was chosen, and every glass brought out something new from the food. My favorite was the pairing for the seafood course—it was so refreshing and brought the whole plate to life. Service was warm and genuine, never too formal but still incredibly attentive. I appreciated how everyone on the team seemed truly excited to share the story behind the food and wine. Overall, Labyrinth is not just a restaurant; it’s more like a heartfelt journey through Singaporean culture and flavors. I left feeling inspired and grateful for a really special experience. Five stars without a doubt!
