We had a wonderful experience at JUMBO Seafood East Coast. A special thank you to Shirley, who helped us when we came to make the booking. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the start. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and we had such a lovely evening — even managed to take some beautiful photos! Highly recommend JUMBO East Coast for both the amazing seafood and the wonderful service. We will definitely come back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Seafood Feast at Jumbo Seafood Had an amazing dinner at Jumbo Seafood and every dish was spot on. The fried fish came perfectly crispy on the outside yet tender inside, and the chilli crab was rich, flavourful and packed with that signature Jumbo punch. The sambal clams were fresh and aromatic, and the crispy tofu with dipping sauce was surprisingly addictive. The roast chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, the vegetables were cooked just right, and even the baby squid dish was full of flavour without being overly sweet. Portion sizes were generous and everything arrived hot and well-presented. Service was smooth, fast and attentive throughout, despite the crowd. Overall, a very satisfying meal with consistent quality across all dishes. Jumbo Seafood continues to be one of the most reliable places for a proper seafood feast. Highly recommended.

The taste of the food is quite average. The cereal prawns is quite awful, its very dry and lacks flavour. Chilli crab was well cooked but I would prefer more sauce and spiciness. The service is quite fast but the staff lack the basic gesture to even serve things likes chillis and other condiments. For the price paid I would expect better services.

Expensive crabs 1.7kg for $200. Very good fresh quality, I must admit. Cooked well. l had black pepper. Very tasty. All other dishes were very good too. No complaints except for price. Friend rice was $24 for a small serving. Expect to pay 100 per head at least for a small meal that doesn't fill you.

A Bitter-Sweet Final Feast by the Coast – Unbeatable Chilli Crab! 🦀 Visited Jumbo Seafood at East Coast for a family meal, and it remains the gold standard for local seafood. The atmosphere here is always a highlight—it’s a beautifully relaxing, coastal restaurant where you can enjoy the sea breeze alongside fantastic food. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly attentive and quick, even during a busy dinner service. We ordered the 1kg Award-winning Chilli Mud Crab, and it absolutely lived up to its name. The crab meat was sweet and incredibly fresh, but the real star is always that iconic sauce. It strikes a flawless, perfect balance between savory, sweet, and tangy with just the right amount of heat. Paired with piping hot, golden deep-fried mantou to soak up every last drop of sauce, it’s pure heaven. Important Tip: With this legendary flagship outlet unfortunately closing its doors on September 30, I highly recommend making a reservation and heading down for a final, nostalgic meal before they wrap up their 39-year run at this location. It’s an experience that will truly be missed!
