The hotel was amazing very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very kind and respectful, especially Jeffery, Gladys, Laura, Pan, Sara, Ria, and Xue. The location was also very convenient, with the bus stop only a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Will definitely come back again!
I stayed with my family here for 4 nights. The rooms are neat and clean. And the service provided by the staffs are great and I would like to say our thanks especially to Jeffery, Gladys, Laura, Pan, Sara, Ria and Xue. We have a pleasant experience staying here and will choose this place for our next trip in singapore!
Stayed 1 night room 403 > Rating: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ > A hidden gem in the heart of Chinatown! I was really impressed with how fresh the hotel feels—you can tell it was newly renovated last year. The design is modern, clean, and very comfortable. > The location is top-tier; you are steps away from amazing food and culture, yet it’s a peaceful place to rest. For the price, it is absolutely worth the money and highly affordable for this area. > What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the incredible team. A huge thank you to Jeffery, Gladys, Bingbing, Alan, Dora, Pann, and Xue. They are the heart of this place—so professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. It’s rare to find such personalized service at this price point. I’ll definitely be back!
Review for an EXECUTIVE KING with city view. The location is very convenient (5-10min to several well connected MRT stations by foot). However, be aware that there are bars just next to the hotels which do have outside seats right underneath the rooms and windows our room faced, and they played quite loud music in the afternoon / evening until mignight approx. During the night/early morning one could hear the garbage collection quite loudly too, as the windows did not close that well. Just bring some earplugs if you want to sleep early, thightly or have jet lag ;) the hotel even provides some at the reception. Cleanliness does have some potential for improvement, for example the toilet had not been cleaned thoroughly, and the toilet flush and the drawers underneath the bed could/should have been cleaned too. Rest of the room was clean! A hook right next to the washbasin would be very useful for haning up wet towels and a shower squeegee practical to make the bathroom dry quicker as the toilet is also in there. The hotel and our room have seemingly been renovated, however the room we stayed in always smelled a bit moldy/strange. You get used to it after a few minutes in though, the airconditioning did work well and we also had 2 windows we could open. Some of the staff was a bit ungainly, but very kind and helpful :) 24h reception. Overall great stay for 3 nights.
The hotel’s location is pretty nice, near to the MRT stations & it’s good to stroll around the neighborhood. The room is pretty small but it’s enough spaces and it’s clean. The staffs Jeffery, Gladys, Laura, Pan, Sara, Ria, & Xue were friendly, helpful, & accommodating.
