Not been to Hard Rock for a while, I love their ribs and it's good to go on a night with live music, check their website if your keen on music, or not. The ribs are wonderful and a plate full, very filling. Music was entertaining and not too intrusive as you could still easily hold a conversation so good balance. We had booked but there were still places available throughout the evening, we went on a Tuesday. Service was a little slow but not overly so, could have just needed 1 more staff to match the number of tables.

I ordered a medium burger but as can see on the photos it's not medium. Coke zero is only in cans. I was there at a not busy time so service level was ok.
