Wide variety of vegetarian and vegan food options! This place is really nicely decorated for a peaceful and close knitted private dinner with friends! The spaces and table are nicely spaced apart to ensure privacy :) Special thanks to staff Lionel for the excellent service, our cups are always filled promptly with water & we drank LOTS of water :)

I stopped by for a quick coffee and a cake. The coffee that I ordered, they didn’t ask if I wanted it hot or cold. So, I got cold. They offered to remake it, but quickly realised they didn’t have any more oat milk. Therefore they brought me the cold coffee back and when I stirred it, I realised that the oat milk had split and had gone bad. The chocolate cake on the other hand was really good, moist and the dark chocolate ganache rich. The host was very nice and informative. She checked if I had any dietary requirements, as as well as other diners. The location is beautiful, absolutely stunning and there’s a number of restaurants and bars within the hotel. Cultivate the gluten-free vegan restaurant is also a library. And throughout the premises, there’s a lot of memorabilia, old letters and uniforms. It’s really interesting to see! A super cute touch was the Crazy Rich Asian book in the bookshelf.

The food takes really long to arrive and tastes odd. The risotto was way too cheesy and the leek was too strong. Asparagus was overcooked and too bitter. The pumpkin tart and dessert (hazelnut cake and chia seed jam) were the only nice thing. The pumpkin tart base was too hard but the pumpkin filling was yummy. The Moroccan inspired mixed potato tagine was sweet and sour and too heavy for us to finish. The cavi-art was just biscuits with pomegranate jelly pearls and other overly-salty mixes which fell flat. Definitely don’t order that one. Overall, I think the atmosphere is great but the food really fell flat. I would suggest not ordering the risotto, cavi-art and tagine. Oh yes, we knew of this place as it was added as an Amex Love Dining partner. However, they didn’t honour the Love Dining privileges. When two mains are ordered, the 50% should be applied on the entire menu (including appetisers and desserts), except drinks. But they only applied it on the mains. We asked about it and the server had told us that that was the rule. We went back to check the T&Cs and that’s not supposed to be the case. This is Amex Love Dining, not Entertainer. Anyway, we definitely won’t be back.

Utilising Platinum Table for Two for this visit. My first time trying vegan food and was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the food. The flavours and portions were just right. Went for a weekend lunch and we enjoyed chatting in the quiet ambience. Will return to try more of their menu.

Loved my visit to Cultivate! The plant-based food was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and full of flavour. The ambience was calm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. Surrounded by books just made it all the more relaxing. The interior is gorgeous and picturesque. Special shoutout to Simar, the Gurkha, who was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive, his warm service truly elevated the experience. Will definitely be back 🌿
