This was our second visit to Ce La Vi since we had a great experience here during our last visit to Singapore 7 years ago. We opted for its Saturday set course Brunch. We tried its snapper, chicken and beef ribs. All three main course were properly prepared and presented. The appetizers (except for the Foie Gras could be better if it was lightly grilled, a purely personal preference) and the deserts were equally well done. The staff was friendly and the setting was priceless. In addition, we get to stay at its Sky Lounge after our meal, but we didn’t have time. Added bonus, there was even a pretty good magician entertaining us and other guests while we waited for our food. One thing to note: the guest will take a dedicated elevator to the top of the Marina Sand Hotel that is saturated right by the main entrance. However, we were turned away because we were 5 minutes early from our reservation. So, don’t arrive early. If you are short on time when visiting Singapore, then make this your must stop for a decent meal and unforgettable views.

It was a last-minute reservation after we watched Les Misérables, and it was a good thing they still had a slot for dinner at their restaurant. The staff and crew were very pleasant and accommodating. From the moment we entered CÉ LA VI, the two staff at the front desk were cheerful and welcoming. Mannan was the staff member who took our order, and even though I asked several times if we could change seats, he really made an effort to accommodate us. He was also very kind and patient when we asked for food recommendations, and he explained everything clearly. He was very knowledgeable about the menu. He was also very courteous; he asked what we were celebrating and even took a lovely photo and video for us. About the food: Everything was so good, and the portions were generous. I especially loved the Mushroom Truffle Korokke, and the Short Rib was so tender it melted in our mouths. For dessert, I really enjoyed the Dark Chocolate Fondant, and thank you as well for the complimentary cake! That was such a kind and generous gesture. Environment: Initially, the table we were seated at was a bit noisy because the speaker was very near us, which is why I kept asking Mannan if we could change seats. Thankfully, when we moved, it was much better. The atmosphere became peaceful, and we got to enjoy the beautiful view of Singapore. Overall: The whole experience was exemplary, and we’re so glad we chose CÉ LA VI to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely come back again and bring our families next time.

Had my anniversary dinner here. Starters and main meals were well prepared and tasty. Service was on point and what you would expect for the money spent. Atmosphere was excellent with sunset and city views. Waiter’s attentive service to detail and our needs was excellent. I would come back again on my next visit to Singapore.

Thank you for one of the best experiences. We booked the restaurant a month before we travelled for my husband's birthday at the end of April while we were in Singapore. I'm so glad we did as it's an experience we will never forget. We arrived early to enjoy the sights from the lounge bar and take in the views which were breathtaking. Once our table was ready we were taken to our table, great location too, outside under the red canopy overlooking Singapore. Our waiter Mannan was fantastic! He was extremely helpful and was able to recommend dishes. He was always at hand and made sure we were comfortable. All the dishes we ordered were fantastic. They were all tasty, full of delicious flavour. As a little birthday treat for my husband they came over with a candle & cake and sang happy birthday to him. Which was very special. We didn't feel rushed at all and after the meal we went to the bar to have more drinks and take lots of pictures of the views. Such a stunning restaurant one I will cherish for a long time.

An enjoyable evening out on the Marina Bay Rooftop above Tower 3. Great service by trainee Sofia from the Philippines. We shared sashimi 4 appetizers and Hokkaido coquilles st Jacques followed by a wonderful snapper, prawns and Tenderloin beef dish. All prepared to perfection. Accompanied by a tandem of “Septembre” Pinot noir from Burgundy. The views are amazing. Be ready to spend for the premium experience. Worth it.
