This rooftop bar was awesome, the views were great and such a relaxing place to catch up and talk with friends. The cocktail menu is really cute and creative with a lot of interesting drinks. Service was really top notch, Sarah helped us out!
I arrived at the restaurant at 9:00 PM and ordered a cocktail, a main course (beef pasta), and a portion of fries. The cocktail was served within 10 minutes without any issue. However, the main course took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was cold, as were the fries, which were also not served at the same time. I ultimately decided to eat the fries anyway, even though they were cold, as sending them back would have further delayed the meal. I sent the pasta back, but after more than an additional hour, it still had not been brought to me. By 11:00 PM, I had to ask for the bill: I had spent over two hours at the restaurant without ever receiving my main course properly. Having worked in hospitality for six years and being accustomed to visiting this type of establishment for work, I have never experienced such a disastrous level of service. The management staff were not even able to offer any form of compensation. What is even more surprising is that at other establishments within the group, such as The Edition, I have never encountered any issues of this kind.
Love this place that is love themed. Sara was an amazing hostess!! The view and service was amazing.
