Overall is a good experience, but will not come back. Will advise people to try if you never try before just for the experience. Food it self to sweet, Even for me who has as sweet taste bud. There characteristics is sweet, all the food we ordered were sweet. The noodle is to soft, not chewy or bouncy when you bite. They give free drink though, i think that is the best part to compensate the pricy price tag. Service is good but not employees seems tired or lack of spirit i suppose, the male employee who took my order forget to order my shimp and i need to reorder, i clearly remember he mention it before he leave our table. If you come during weekend lunch time, you might need to wait for seat.

Of all the crab noodle places in Shanghai downtown, this place had the richest flavour. The rice dish was also excellent. The crab was overpriced given the size, but had an unique flavour. Was unable to process our international credit card, had to use Alipay/WeChat.

Hairy crab noodles made with the met and roe of 12 female crabs! RMB 360. There's no starch added for the crab roe, meat sauce and they use pork lard to cook the dish. I finished all the sauce and half of the noodles as it was a big portion. Each main dish order comes with free peanuts and ginger tea. There is a self service area where you can help yourself to free Evian mineral water, San Pellegrino sparkling water and sour plum drink. They also gave us a free fridge magnet (to remind customers to come back for more). The restaurant near The Bund is worth a visit if you're in Shanghai. Recharge yourself after spending time at The Bund or fuel yourself before you explore The Bund. The environment is an oasis of calm with good soothing music. Paired with excellent food, you can nourish your body and soul. Service was excellent with very patient and courteous staff. Visit the restroom which is interestingly designed.

Cejerdary is a dream for crab lovers, especially those who crave rich, creamy hairy crab roe. Every dish was full of depth and perfectly balanced. The male hairy crab noodle is a must-try, packed with umami and silky roe that coats every strand of noodle beautifully. The service was excellent- efficient, and attentive. I was lucky to get a table right away, but by the time I left, the line outside was already long (and totally worth it). Super delicious food, great quality, and an experience I’d definitely come back for!

The crab noodle is just awesome. Made up of the essence of 12 hairy crabs. You can taste the sweetness in every bite. Also, served with awesome ginger tea. Basically awesome!
