Ok a few things because I feel like the reviews here are skewed. Yes you enter through a hotel, go down the elevator, walk through a tunnel to get there. Might seem a tad confusing but still kinda cool. If you want to go it's best to book ahead. Now addressing the negative parts of other reviews - yes it's one unisex change area, but there are private change rooms and private showers, just a unisex waiting area so not that bad. The spa is a circuit which means the lady will take you to a first pool, you need to stay for 20 or so minutes then she will tell you to go next area. The sauna isn't hot, steam room super hot. The showers are super hot INSIDE the pool area as you are meant to do sauna hot shower then cold plunge pool. It's designed this way for a reason. The third section is the jacuzzi pool which is slightly warmer than the regular pool. Overall it's not bad, we enjoyed, quite quaint with all the cool tile designs, yes the pools are missing roughly 10% of their tiles and they should probably close for a week to simply fix and reopen - but meh, still not bad. It's as enjoyable as you make it. This is by no means a luxury spa, go to the expensive AIRE one of that's what you're looking for.

The place itself is aesthetically nice, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The spa did not feel clean — the floors were dirty and wet, and even the towel in my massage room appeared already used. This immediately made the experience uncomfortable and not relaxing. The relaxation area near the entrance was also not peaceful at all. There was a door constantly opening and closing, creating noise and completely breaking the calm atmosphere expected in a spa. Communication was difficult because almost nobody spoke English. I booked a holistic massage and specifically asked several times for stronger pressure. The therapist kept saying “yes,” but the pressure never changed, which made the massage frustrating rather than enjoyable. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and not up to the standard expected for a wellness spa. Sadly, I would not recommend it.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so unbelievably bad that I feel obligated to warn others. First of all, the entrance to the spa is almost impossible to find. There are no clear directions, and you end up wandering through the entire hotel just to locate it. By the time you finally arrive, you’re already frustrated. Once there, the staff give absolutely no explanation whatsoever. No orientation, no instructions, nothing. As a result, you’re left guessing basic things like the fact that you’re apparently supposed to shower before entering the bath — something nobody bothered to mention. Then comes the “wellness” itself, which is honestly a joke. The main pool is simply cold. Not refreshing, not relaxing — just cold. There is also a supposed “cold plunge” that is basically ice water. The jacuzzi is pathetic: barely functioning and not even warm, completely defeating the entire point of a jacuzzi. The condition of the facilities is just as bad. Mosaic tiles are coming off the floor everywhere, and some of the lighting fixtures look like they’re literally falling apart. It feels neglected and poorly maintained, which is the last thing you want in a place that is supposed to be about relaxation and comfort. The massage was the worst I have ever had. It felt unprofessional, rushed, and completely lacking any technique. Instead of relaxing, I left feeling like I had just paid to be randomly poked for an hour. The steam bath (or “Turkish bath,” as they call it) is ridiculously small and not even particularly hot. And the “sauna”? Calling it a sauna is generous — it felt like normal room temperature. There was absolutely none of the heat you would expect. Overall, this was easily one of the most disappointing wellness experiences I’ve ever had. Poorly maintained facilities, badly designed spaces, no guidance from staff, and services that fall far below even the most basic expectations. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

This was an awful experience, and absolutely NOT relaxing. It started badly. I couldn't find it, so was a bit late, and was yelled at by the woman on reception. The short massage was ok. Then they shuffle people around showers, pools and saunas, I assume in an attempt to provide a semi private experience for the couples they cater to. However the 3 small pools are all very close together in one room. One pool was occupied by a group of young men, who seemed drunk and were shouting and singing loudly. You have to stay in the pool or area until they tell you you can move. The water in the pools ranged from luke warm, to cool to cold, so I was really cold by the time I got out of there. And there was no hot water in the change room showers, to wash off all the chlorine. Though the first jet shower they send you to was so hot I thought I would get burnt so had to get out. This is a hugely over priced, tourist scam. You would be better off spending the extra money on a nice hotel with a bath and a bottle of wine to relax. I couldn't get out of there quick enough.
