My husband and I chose this place for our very first tapas experience and OMG it was overwhelming but so much fun😂 Thank you Senor Manuel for being patient with us! He was super friendly and nice. You are the best!!!! We just went up to the bar and ordered with no problem. The serving time was super fast! We were able to grab a seat later on and made friends with people sitting around us. Everything was delicious and so much fun! Highly recommended just for the experience but food was also good. Huevas fritas was our favorite😋

This is the best tapas bar if you want to experience a truly local and convivial atmosphere. It’s always packed, though. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, other customers helped me out, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious, the ambience was great, and I even met a gentleman who unexpectedly paid my bill, as well as the bill of a French couple sitting next to me. I didn’t understand what was happening at first, but if he ever comes across this comment, I would love to thank him properly and get in touch. The charm of Spain I would say.

If you want tapas with soul, noise, and a splash of glorious chaos - Bodega Santa Cruz “Las Columnas” is the place to plant yourself (if you can find a spot). This legendary tapas bar sits just steps from the cathedral, and yes, it’s always packed… This is old-school Andalusian charm at its finest: orders shouted over clinking glasses and to get a place good luck elbowing your way to the counter. The tapas? Ridiculously good for the price. The montaditos are tiny flavour and the fried goodies come out golden, crispy, and unapologetically addictive. Order a cruzcampo or two—because cold beer tastes better when you’re standing shoulder-to-shoulder with strangers who are also having the time of their lives. Fair warning: don’t expect fancy seating, personal space, or a quiet conversation. This is a fun, messy, delicious adventure—like being adopted by a loud Andalusian family for 20 minutes. Prices are great so be prepared to drink and even eat on the street with your bunch of crazy friends

Traditional bar close the cathedral. It’s usually always crowded, but the atmosphere is nice, and for breakfast there aren’t so many people. The service is “matter of fact”, efficient and practical. Not overly friendly but not rude, which feels very honest 👌🏽 I just came here twice for a quick tostadas breakfast. The pringá is really nice, and the tomate tastes very fresh as well. Also, the coffee has a nice strong flavor ☕️ It’s been my favorite place in Seville so far!

A friend and I visited this place on empty stomachs. We ended up ordering seven plates, and every single one was excellent. Because the tapas are both delicious and inexpensive, the place gets very crowded, and it can be hard to find a table. I can definitely recommend the berenjenas con miel, carrillada, and queso de cabra frito.
