One of the best places I’ve been in Sevilla. I had a wonderful tasting nine course menu. Every dish was outstanding. Usually, I don’t eat that much and I was sure that I will leave some of the courses unfinished, but everything was so tasty and good that I could not resist. The service was outstanding . One course came after another and everything was just perfect. I don’t drink alcohol so I can’t comment on the Wine list but I really recommend the Food the service and the place. Don’t miss out. It’s a must.

I don’t even know where to start. The entire experience from start to finish was just out of this world. Every single bite was delicious, and some dishes were so good I was still thinking about them three hours later. The staff might be the best I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant, anywhere. The knowledge, the attention to detail, the way they carried themselves — I genuinely can’t explain it. You have to experience it. We brought our 3-year-old and she had the best meal she’s had since we arrived in Spain. She was so happy, even though the experience really wasn’t designed around her. The space is beautiful and very roomy, which helps when you have a little one in tow. As for the food and the overall experience, it blew every five-star steakhouse I’ve ever been to completely out of the water. Any restaurant I’ve ever considered “five stars” gets left in the dust by ten stars here. The rating is honestly off the charts. Worth every single penny.

As a food enthusiast who loves cooking and appreciates refined and healthy cuisine, my dining experience at Abantal was generally satisfying, especially in terms of the balance of flavors and the technical presentation of the dishes, which demonstrated the standards expected of a Michelin one-star restaurant. Food Performance: Precise, Restrained, and Dedicated The sauces were perfectly balanced in terms of saltiness and flavor. Each dish was seasoned just right, without being overdone or sacrificing balance for the sake of "wow," reflecting the chef's respect for the natural flavors of the ingredients. The desserts were a pleasant surprise: the sweetness was precisely controlled, neither cloying nor overpowering, with a very mature structure and flavor, making them one of the highlights of the meal. Overall, the cooking was meticulous and attentive: from the cooking temperature to the plating, the team's professionalism and consistency were evident. The only drawback: The restaurant space was clean and uncluttered, However, due to the lack of greenery and decorations, the overall atmosphere appears somewhat cold and lacks warmth and vitality. Abantal's dishes are definitely worth trying; the flavors are consistently good, the technique is solid, and the desserts are outstanding. It's a highly recommended Michelin one-star restaurant. If the environment could be infused with warmth and vitality, the overall experience would be even more perfect. I would definitely come back again!

We had a lovely meal here in a very serene and unpretentious setting. The service, presentation, narrative, flavors, textures and wine pairings were all done exquisitely. The staff and executive chef were professional, orderly and warm. We had the pleasure of being sat within view of the kitchen and the cleanliness, calm and discipline that permeated that space was truly impressive.

Atmosphere so good and private. It’s one of the two Michelin restaurant in Seville . The food is good with great portion and reasonable price. Wine is very cheap too! The waiter serves with good manner. I love their red prawn and beef which is one of the beef handled in Spain so far(they don’t cook nice beef in my opinion). Dessert is amazing! Even better than the other courses! Highly recommend for celebration !
