I’ve heard a lot about this BBQ restaurant and am finally able to try it. I came here at 9.30pm for supper and there was only one or two groups in front of me. I waited for less than 30 minutes before being escorted to my table. There are many types of condiments and dips already prepared on the table. I ordered the pork shoulder cut and it was really good!! The meat is tender and the staff grilled it to perfection. Pairing it with the spring onion and sauce, it’s perfect. Highly recommend to visit!

Need to scan QR to put in waiting list at their restaurant. Waiting time around 1 hours for me as I arrived restaurant around 12pm on Sunday. Super delicious meat and lovely cut of pork. Love their basil leaf combi with the grilled pork. The staff will grill it for you and they are very attentive to your need. I love the fact that their grilling time line up perfectly with our eating speed. Once we finish the 1st batch of grilled meat, the 2nd batch just finishing grilling and we can continue to enjoy the meat non stop. Overall superb experience and I will definitely be back.

Went here for the first time with my best friend and it was worth it. The quality of the meat is on a different level compared to regular samgyeopsal I’ve tried before. Each cut was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The staff grills everything for you and even teaches you how to eat it the right way, pairing the meat with veggies, side dishes, and dips. The balance of flavors was amazing. You can really tell it’s high-quality pork. Service was excellent, and the place felt cozy and clean. Price was surprisingly cheap for the quality of the food. for the taste and experience, totally worth it. I’d definitely come back. We arrived at 10:30 am and had breakfast at coffee & juice beside it and took a number . We were the first bwtch called. If yoi arrive midday, line will be very long

This was a place I had wanted to visit for a while. I went a little after 12 p.m. on Sunday. You scan the QR code at the entrance, and when your turn comes, you get notified by email or text. That day, I was contacted after about an hour and a half. I recommend the set menu that lets you try three different cuts of meat. Each person is required to place at least one order, except for preschool-aged children. The staff carefully cooks the meat for you. The Pork Neck had just the right amount of fat, and with just salt you could really enjoy the flavor of the meat. The signature Pork Belly was surprisingly light, not heavy at all, and tasted fantastic with the grilled basil. The Pork Cheek Meat had a nice chew, and I really liked the leaner cut with less fat. The Kimchi Jjigae was a little spicy for me, but I think people who like spicy food would enjoy it. I’d definitely like to visit again. I spent the waiting time at Shilla Duty Free. Dongdaemun is also within walking distance.

Geumdwaeji Sikdang sets itself apart in the crowded Korean BBQ scene with its exceptionally high-quality pork — beautifully marbled, tender, and bursting with natural sweetness once grilled. Each cut, from the samgyeopsal to the moksal, feels carefully sourced and expertly prepared, delivering that perfect balance of char, fat, and umami that true BBQ lovers crave. The attentive staff often help with the grilling, ensuring every slice gets that ideal sear without drying out, while the sides — crisp kimchi, fresh lettuce, and salt-seasoned dips — complete the premium experience without ever stealing the spotlight. What makes the meal even more enjoyable is the unexpected bonus of free-flow coffee and ice cream, a rare touch that turns a hearty BBQ session into a leisurely, satisfying affair. After the smoky richness of the meat, the self-serve coffee bar and ice cream counter provide a refreshing contrast — sweet, simple, and oddly nostalgic. It’s this thoughtful mix of quality and comfort that makes Geumdwaeji Sikdang feel like more than just another BBQ joint — it’s a place where every detail, from the grill to the dessert, feels deliberately crafted to leave you full and content.
