This was hands done one of my most memorable and delicious meals I've ever had. We were truly stunned working our way through the dishes. The care, thought and attention to detail that went into every element on each plate was truly astounding. I have never wanted to shout so loud about a restaurant before! If you're in Santiago and a vegetarian or even a meat eater, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
Verde Sazón is a truly wonderful vegetarian restaurant in Santiago de Chile and a must-visit for anyone who appreciates thoughtfully prepared, plant-based cuisine. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear how much care and creativity goes into every detail — both in the food and the overall atmosphere. The dishes are beautifully presented and clearly made with a lot of love. A real highlight of our visit was the appetizer pizza topped with truffles and a variety of mushrooms. The flavors were rich, well-balanced, and surprisingly complex, proving just how exciting vegan food can be when done right. Each bite felt refined yet comforting at the same time. Another big plus is the setting. On a nice day, sitting in the inner courtyard is absolutely fantastic. It’s peaceful, charming, and creates a relaxed environment that makes you want to stay longer and enjoy the moment. The service was also excellent — very friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being intrusive. The staff made us feel comfortable from start to finish and were happy to help with recommendations. Overall, Verde Sazón combines great vegan food, a beautiful atmosphere, and warm service. It’s an excellent choice for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike, and a place we would happily return to. 🌿🍕
Verde Sazon is located in the beautiful barrio Italia area. It has inside seating as well as their beautiful outdoor seating in their beautiful courtyard. It is a really great vegetarian restaurant with beautifully plated dishes. I really enjoyed the Latino del Medio oriente tacos and the Chiskeki (cheesecake).
I was recommended to go there and not disappointed at all. The food is very nice and definitely something different from the other restaurants in Santiago. Especially after months riding through Chile and Argentina from Patagonia to the 🌵, I needed a change. Beautiful dishes, tasty and extremely generous portions. I already booked my next dinner and only can highly recommend it!
I believe anticipation killed my experience on this one, I’ve been wanting to go there for so long, so my hopes were high, maybe too high. I ordered the sushi not sushi that is a sort of sushi pizza, I’m not sure on the plates names, is the second picture. It wasn’t that good, it had a too strong artificial flavor thanks to the tons of bbq on it and you couldn’t taste the rest of the dish. My husband got the burger and it was ok, nothing to come back for. The serve a taquitos sort of things as an entrance the were good, the place is pet friendly and the decorations is gorgeous. The food didn’t do for me and it’s on the pricier side so I don’t see coming back in the near future.
