Loved everything about Siete Negronis. The brick interior and overall décor created such a great vibe. The drinks were amazing—strong, well-crafted, and definitely memorable. I didn’t have much food, but I did try the oysters and was genuinely impressed. Between the atmosphere, the service, and the quality of the cocktails, this place is an easy perfect 10/10. Highly recommend!
The staff. Cocktail bars can be decent, okay, good, or great. This bar is FABULOUS. The staff at any bar will make you decide exactly how you will rank said bar and the staff at Siete Negronis is second to none. By far the best staff at any cocktail bar that I’ve been to in recent memory. They make a mean martini - the best I’ve possibly ever had - and they do it with grace, proper chic aesthetic, and a smile that lights up the whole of Santiago. Truly, these people and their cocktails are something special. I could wax poetic all day about this place, but I’ll let you try it for yourselves. Thank me later 😉
Hands down the best cocktails in Santiago. The team at Siete Negronis is using advanced techniques to craft incredible drinks. Joaquin is an incredible bartender and walked us through the bespoke process used to create each cocktail. You will not be disappointed!
One of the best bars in the city. Great drinks, range from refreshing and light to bolder and stronger. I want to mention service was also excellent. Brought free water and refilled it, and brought us two complimentary tasting of a new mixed drink they were doing. Atmosphere is really nice on the terrace and the appetizers we had were also delicious.
We had dinner and drinks here - there is a reason this bar is so highly recommended!! Fantastic food, drinks, and atmosphere. Our server Valentina was fantastic! We would recommend Siete Negronis to anyone travelling to Santiago
