Really amazing place. Staff were incredible, kind, and very accommodating. The food was truly delicious, and the hotel itself is quite beautiful and vibrant. It was recommended to me by my friend Tatan and I will always stay here when I’m in Santiago!

Must say this hotel surprised us it was fabulous. There was a great team of waiters, barstaff, reception & housekeepers every where to be found and help. Spanish the local language but reception had a good command of english. Rooms where of a high standard and good views....pay a visit

A Beautiful and Welcoming Hotel — With One Unfortunate Incident I stayed at Hotel Bidasoa for a few days during a very happy family occasion, and the experience was, in many ways, exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed, the atmosphere warm and refined, and the attention to detail is evident everywhere. Staff members are kind and attentive, the restaurant is excellent, and breakfast is truly outstanding. My room was extremely comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged — the kind of place where you genuinely feel at ease. However, my stay was overshadowed by an unfortunate incident. One morning I worked for several hours in the lobby and left my wallet in the room, assuming it would be safe. I did not check its contents again until a few days later, once back in Europe, and only then did I realize that several hundred euros in banknotes had disappeared. I cannot and do not wish to accuse the hotel as an institution; on the contrary, everything about the property suggests professionalism and integrity. I prefer to believe that what happened was the action of one dishonest individual rather than a reflection of the hotel itself. Still, the fact remains: this was the second time I experienced theft during a visit to Chile, and it left me with mixed feelings. My advice to future guests — especially those who choose this otherwise excellent hotel — is simply to remain attentive and avoid leaving valuables unattended. Hotel Bidasoa is a wonderful place, and I would gladly recommend it, but I hope my experience can serve as a helpful reminder to maintain awareness even in the most welcoming settings.

Very nice, upscale, modern hotel in a quiet, affluent neighborhood. Breakfast is tasty but repetitive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool could be heated, windows could be better sound proofed - you can listen noises from restaurant until it closes. Staff is super friendly.

We had a great experience staying with Bidasoa over new years 2025/2026. The hotel has a very luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere. The general design and furnishing of the hotel is very well done. Staff was helpful and friendly. No complaints or suggestions for improvements whatsoever - hope I get to stay at Bidasoa again at some point.
