I can see why this restaurant is so popular. It was a most exceptional dining experience. The service was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. We ordered the Dungeness crab cake to start. There have been very few times where I’ve had seafood that was this good. Then for the main course we ordered the calamari steak and the pan fried petrale sole. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. I can’t believe I’ve waited so long to try out Tadich Grill, but I will be back again.

We had a reservation for 3 and were given a booth on a Monday evening. Service was well paced. We enjoyed 3 items that were all terrific. Tadich Grill is an ideal place to try seafood items you may be less familiar with. I loved the seafood platter and clam chowder. Sourdough was delicious and all the sauces were perfect.

First time here for lunch. We couldnt get a reservation on the Sunday it was fully booked but Monday was open. So book in advance for a weekend spot. Loved the old school counters and wood decor. Our server Colin was fantastic and attentive. We started out with a bloody mary that packed a punch lol i think he double poured. Then a cup of chowder that had plenty of clams n good flavor 8/10. The small size serving of bay shrimp salad was piled high with plenty of fresh shrimp. I couldnt even finish it. Well i did also slurp down 1/2 dozen oysters. My friend ordered the catch of the day. Ling cod with crab. That plate was a solid 10. This place is pricey but worth it. We left very happy.

A classic! I had the crabcake and sautéed scallops. Both of which were very solid. Just sheer quality throughout. The cheesecake was EXCELLENT. Best CB cheesecake in SF! Overall this place is kinda old-style, no frills, just fantastic classic dining. Highly recommend.

I had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Tadich Grill! This place truly delivers top-notch seafood and an unforgettable classic San Francisco atmosphere. I ordered the Dungeness crab cocktail, Boston clam chowder, and their seafood cioppino—everything was absolutely fantastic. The flavors were rich, fresh, and perfectly executed. On top of that, their prime rib was incredibly delicious—tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. And I can’t forget the sourdough bread… so tasty and the perfect complement to the meal! The service was excellent from start to finish—attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in San Francisco. I’ll definitely be back!
