We stayed here for a couple nights in late February. Really loved the fun and funky environment. Rooms are colorful and clean. Great history to this place! The Staff was super friendly. We are looking forward to coming back. Yes, the location is not not ideal in the Tenderloin district but we always felt safe walking in the area. I also would recommend Brenda's around the corner for an anazing brunch or dinner. And Ember grill up the street for late night munchies.

This was an absolutely beautiful little gem! We stayed here for my birthday and the staff were so sweet and accommodating. Driving in I was really worried because of the location and bad reviews but those bad reviews are definitely not true! The room was super clean, they even gave me champagne, a bottle opener, and a couple of other cool little treats that I brought home with me. The staff were super sweet and helped my husband find everything he needed plus gave some really good food recommendations for places nearby. We were walking distance to the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium where our concert was, and overall we had a great time. Sad to hear it’s closing down soon but glad I got to make a memory there.

Orlando took amazing care of us! We love the heated pool, vibe, location, and history. Our favorite place to stay in SF

We love staying at this hotel. So much history. The staff are always so kind, easy to talk to. People who stay here are some of the kindest people ive met. Manny the maintenance guy is so great! Sad to hear it will be closing. Will miss its vibes immensely.

The room was clean, comfortable and QUIET, considering its in the middle of the city. The staff, and I mean everyone I interacted with were incredibly helpful and friendly. Friendlier than some staff I’ve seen in 5 star hotels. I highly recommend this gem. I’ll be back for sure!
