Really good to-go pizza! The flavors are minimalist but nevertheless very-very tasty. My favorites are pepperoni and clam&garlic. Love how fast they work on orders. So even if you get to wait it won’t be more than 10 minutes. And the second best thing about this one is - you got to enjoy it at the Washington park 💚

Went here with my family and wow… what a scene. The line was LOOOONG. We waited about 1 hour and 15 minutes for our pizza. With hungry kids, that is basically a survival challenge. But then we took the first bite… and suddenly nobody was complaining. The pizza was sooo soft, almost like a fluffy cloud, and it just melted in your mouth. The crust was thick but light, crispy on the outside and pillowy inside. Super simple, super good. Only downside: very limited options if you are vegetarian and nothing for vegans. There was just choice between pesto veggie and cheese. Overall though, totally worth the wait. Next time I am 100% ordering ahead because now I know the pizza is worth it, but my feet cannot handle another hour-long line.

Tried to get pizza Saturday night when we arrived San Francisco but the line was so long! We can see why now since we experienced the delicious pizza today (Monday). A few people but obviously not as busy! I love the sliced pizza idea since it was just enough to tie us over for dinner. An amazing snack! We walked to the park and ate there. Highly recommend!

Visitors and locals alike should make sure to ground themselves and their evenings out in SF with a trip to Golden Boy Pizza on Green St. Yeah there is sometimes a line but you need that line to soak up the prime North Beach evening environs: the multi colored neon lights everywhere, the bikers pulling up stereos blasting, and jazz bands honking on the corners -- all accompany the general din of people out having a great time. And for your trouble, you get an outstanding square slice -- light and crisp. Take out only, you can get slices or a whole pie, but take it from a local: don't sleep on the clam and garlic slice. Yes, it has cheese on it and it's delicious. You can certainly make a meal out of Golden Boy, but I love it as a "first dinner" to take edge off while I wait for a table at Tony's around the corner, or as a last stop to soak up all of the fun I've emptied into myself.

Some of the best Pan style pizza in San Francisco, a wonderful selection of different variations and combos, very affordable, and fantastic taste, not greasy or overly salty large portions and the staff was kind and polite.
