No lines, easy access to bar and friendly and helpful staff. 2 dance floors. Super funky interiors. Totally worth checking out. Look out for their themed nights!
I used to love going to this club, the music was fun and the vibes were chill and safe. But the last time I went, three of the staff at the cat club did nothing about harassment my friends and I experienced. For a place that has hosted hella kink nights, they did nothing about our safety when informed. I told a bar tender, the security guard, and the man at the ticket booth and all three men did nothing! As a queer poc, I used love this spot and now I don’t feel comfortable going back and having a fun, safe time
I had a really fun night at Cat Club in San Francisco. The music was great, with a mix of classic 80s hits and alternative dance tracks that kept the energy high all night. The club has two dance floors, so there’s always something different going on depending on the vibe you’re looking for. The crowd was friendly and diverse, and the drinks were reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a lively place to dance and enjoy San Francisco’s nightlife, Cat Club is definitely worth checking out.
Went for the goth music and atmosphere since we were in town visiting from tampa. This place was so fun! A good amount of space, friendly staff, and they sold merch too which I thought was interesting. There are some couches to lounge on and a dance floor as well. Will definitely be visiting next time we’re here.
This place is a home away from home for so many queerdos and goth hotties. The security staff is incredible about booting disrespectful clientele keeping the place feeling safe on many layers. I have come to rely on the welcoming atmosphere for a bad day. And on a good day, the people here are great to celebrate with. In the face of all that goes on in the world outside, community and celebration is resistance and this is the Soma hub for the revolution.
