LOVED this stay. I opted for the hotel side rather than the hostel, and I felt it was worth it. The check in was easy and the front desk was very helpful in answering questions and making suggestions when we asked. The room and bathroom were nicer than we expected with plenty of space, and I opted for a room with a balcony, which was SO nice. Definitely would recommend. They even have public outdoor patio lounge areas that are nice to spend time at if you want. Added bonus, I got free transit tickets from the hotel for the entirety of our stay which was very helpful, especially with the stops right by the hotel. It was a good value for money and as a solo traveling young woman, I felt safe throughout.
I stayed here for two nights, and I really enjoyed everything. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially at the reception. There was a blonde employee who immediately made a very positive impression on me – she is kind, detail-oriented, and genuinely helpful to guests. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was warm and cozy. Even though the hotel was undergoing renovations and it felt a bit gloomy, the reception still made every effort to provide guests with a high-quality and comfortable experience. I really enjoyed everything, and I will definitely come back
The overall experiences is very satisfactory. the bed was comfortable. they even have guest kitchen and washing machine. but the locker in the dorms doesnt have any lock. so you need to bring your own locks
Reasonable rates compared to similar hotel chains. Reception is available 24/7. Public transport is just 50-100m. You have self service kitchen and bounce luggage storage. There's Billa and several other outlets in the same building. Overall a great value for money.
I had a pleasant stay in this Hotel / Hostel. I was in a room with 8 other people but everything went fine. The room was clean, the shower and bathroom aswell. The lady at reception (czech girl) was really nice and she explained everything. You can even lock your backpack at the reception if you come little bit earlier than expected. The walk to the city center is about 15 minutes long.
