¡Está muy rico! The food is absolutely amazing. We had one of the best burgers ever. The staff is so friendly and cool, and the atmosphere, the music—everything fits perfectly together. If you see this truck beside the road, stop by and try it. You won’t regret it. 🤘
First time trying Gauchos after a friend’s recommendation. It can be a bit tricky to know when they’re open. You need to check their website or Google Maps each week. We ordered three burgers: “El Gaucho,” “El Italiano,” and “El Bisonte.” For us, “El Italiano” was the best of the three. I’ll definitely come back to try “El Capitano.” You can also request no pork if you don’t eat it. The drink was refreshing too. Plus, you get to enjoy great food with a beautiful view since it’s right by Fuschlsee. One small suggestion (maybe not so easy to pull off). It would be amazing if they offered sides like cajun fries or potato wedges. That would make the burgers perfect. Definitely coming back for more!
This is the best burger I have eaten since I am living in Austria (2018), without a doubt! Even though I am not a vegetarian, I opted for the vegetarion option this time and... It was amazing! So, if you pass this foodtruck, please do not hesitate and grab a burger! Sincerely, "El Pollo Hermano"
There are no words, thousands amazing taste in every bite. It is really not just a foodtruck. You can feel so much work, effort passion in every each molecule of the amazing sandwiches which you can try here. Incredible gastroexperience you got here, not food. I always visit this place in every year when I come to Fuschlsee.
This place was such a find! Locals all getting together in one spot for some seriously good steak sandwiches and burgers. Also got their homemade chai iced tea which was delicious. Only reason this gets 4 stars is because of the price, €15-16 for their steak sandwiches…also couldn’t really taste a difference between the El Bisonte and the El Defendro lol maybe they gave us the same
