I did a lot of online research before choosing this hotel. It was perfect. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. We came to celebrate our anniversary. The front desk personnel were kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The buffet had a nice variety of food and we could order off the menu as well. The location is perfect in the old town close to everything. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would 100% stay there again.

My husband and I came for our honeymoon and wanted a really special place to celebrate. We thought this boutique hotel would be perfect after looking at so many options. While the location was amazing and the breakfast spread fantastic, we were disappointed in how much we spent for nothing particularly special outside of that. My husband had requested champagne in the room upon our arrival (for him to purchase, not asking for freebies) and it wasn’t there. We had the hotel arrange tour tickets for us and were told there’d be a pick up outside the hotel, but afterward we were told we just have to walk to the tour (about 15 minutes, not bad, but more so unexpected). They boast on the “maxi bar” with free coffee and tea, but two out of our three days the coffee machine was broken. We traveled all over Europe and this was by far the most expensive hotel for the most minimal experience. It was the only place we went that did not make us feel celebrated whatsoever on our honeymoon which was a bummer when we compared it to other stays that cost far less more. You certainly pay for the location and breakfast, but outside of that, I would select another hotel if we were to return.

Stayed 2 nights in medium double room- very comfortable and clean-quiet despite being near the city center. Large room and bathroom. Staff at reception and breakfast friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend hotel and breakfast-outstanding breakfast options, organic and fresh, hotel made. Location ideal for walking to Christmas markets and sights. Quick 15 minutes by taxi from airport (30 Euros for group of 5). Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel with really friendly staff. We had some issues with a taxi company on arrival and they went out of their way to try and help. Breakfast was lovely. Room very comfortable. Location excellent. It’s a tricky place to navigate with small children and heavy bags (lots of stairs and lifts don’t take you direct to room/ground floor) so for a longer stay we may look elsewhere.

Location was 10/10. Room was large, with the largest shower we have had on our trip. Breakfast was also very good. Will absolutely recommend to family
