Superb steaks and cuts - great hospitality and service too. Started with the tartare (not bad, quite good) and Had the sirloin and ribeye - medium rare of course You can choose from a bunch of sauces - I got mustard and blue cheese Sides are plenty - I got the asparagus (great!) and mac and cheese (this was ok! Still good), also added the tiger prawns (very fresh, loved it - wish there were more than 3 pieces) You can pay by card here too
The set lunch experience at a Michelin-recommended restaurant was rather disappointing. The menu lists a steak house set including Australian minute steak, seasoned fries, and baby gem wedge salad for an additional VND 150,000; however, choosing other steak options incurs a significantly higher surcharge. This information is only communicated verbally, with hidden fees not clearly stated on the menu, which can easily cause confusion. In addition, the set lunch availability is limited, desserts run out frequently, and excessive upselling undermines the simplicity and transparency that a set lunch should offer. Given the Michelin recognition, I expected a more polished and clearly communicated experience. Two stars are given for the pleasant ambience and the quality of the food, but the overall experience does not meet the expectations associated with a Michelin-recommended establishment.
Surprisingly good value for a casual lunch, as for a place that focus mainly on steak & grill meats - they perform quite well on other dishes among the menu too. I tried the set 2-course set lunch with free coffee included. Flatbread is interesting - not my go to dish but taste is satisfying enough. The pasta is nicely done for a dish that is totally meatless. for this I highly rate this place as normally the veg option is done bland or poorly at other places. Staff are all quite young but you can see their best effort put into service - i was followed up often during the meal to make sure I'm ok with my food. All in all, I'll be back to try more dishes from their a la carte as well.
Stopped by this Stoker resto to take shelter from the rain and ended up having a really nice time here. Staff were super adorable — they even brought towels for us to dry off, which was a really thoughtful touch. We sat at the bar and were well taken care of by Khoi & Bao Anh, very friendly and attentive the whole time. Their signature cocktails are quite unique. The Lowkey Lowtea was surprisingly good Also tried the steak, and it was juicy and cooked perfectly. Love that they have quite a few different cuts to choose from. Great drinks, great food, and warm service. Will definitely come back again.
Absolutely loved the experience at Stoker Woodfired Grill! The steaks were cooked perfectly with that amazing smoky wood-fired flavor, and every dish came out beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and stylish, making it perfect for both a casual dinner and a special night out. Service was attentive and friendly throughout the evening. Definitely one of the best grill spots I’ve tried in Saigon— highly recommended!
