I had a great experience at Propaganda. The food was really enjoyable — fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. You can tell they focus on simple Vietnamese dishes but elevate them with quality ingredients and a bit of creativity. The vibe here is definitely one of the highlights. The whole place is filled with colorful propaganda-style artwork and murals, which makes it feel vibrant and unique compared to typical restaurants. Sitting here, especially with the view overlooking the park, gives a really nice and relaxed atmosphere. Service was also great — the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the meal. Another thing worth mentioning is the variety on the menu. They have a good mix of classic Vietnamese dishes like spring rolls, noodle salads, and rice bowls, and everything is made with fresh local ingredients, which really comes through in the taste. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for good food, a lively vibe, and a slightly more polished Vietnamese dining experience. Definitely a place I’d recommend and come back to.

Good restaurant. Service was a bit slow but good. The spring rolls and the pork (tet special) was great. Could use air conditioned in a city this hot :)

The food is great ! I had one of the best meals in Saigon. Vietnamese food generally feels like healthy food and this one is even more healthier in a better way. I loved pomelo salad ! Reservation is recommended even though the restaurant has at least 3 floors (not sure if they open all the floors everyday). The cocktails are very good too. Will go back again for sure !

A very nice restaurant situated square between the Vietnam war remnants museum & the HCMC post office. It is most definitely oriented towards tourists and prices are slightly higher, but nothing too shocking. The menu is large, there are draft beers and many cocktails and food was tasty (according to my boyfriend his second to best Bahn mi in Saigon so far). That being said one thing I didn’t appreciate and found very strange was that our server refused to give us the receipt. She showed it to us when paying and it all looked okay but then said we are not allowed to take it. We only take them as souvenirs from places we have enjoyed. Being refused a receipt hasn’t happened in any other establishment so far, so it struck me as weird.
