I am not a vegetarian, but we are traveling with someone who is. This place was the best of both of us. The food was absolutely delicious. Very flavorful and also aesthetically pleasing. The service was next level as well. Quick and attentive and very friendly. The menu was easy to navigate and the setting inside the place was intimate but warm. Definitely come here if you are vegetarian. If you're not, it's probably still worth a visit. The broccoli with the nuts on it was great, as well as the fried mushroom squares. The pineapple fried rice comes in an actual pineapple, that is cool as hell. The drinks are really great too, very refreshing. You won't regret the visit.
Vegan fine dining when I travel is quickly becoming my new favorite past time. I’ve had some outstanding experiences in other countries but what made Hum stand out to me was the approach to the menu design. Each dish was accompanied by a description card and an explanation from our server with ingredients spanning different regions of Vietnam. The menu included several unique ingredients, some of which were indigenous to Vietnam, so the entire meal was a cultural and geographical adventure for the taste buds. Unlike typical Vietnamese dishes, this was an experience I can’t find at home. Special shout out to the manager Phuong who stopped by our table and happily chatted with us about the food and growing vegan culture in Vietnam.
We highly recommend Hum Signature (Fine Dining). Tyrang and Phuong were on top of our service. As the second time being here it keeps coming better and better, the exquisite taste, the explosion of flavors in your palate makes this a unique experience. Tyrang, who was in charge of our service made sure every single dish was prepared and explained to us. We truly treasure this restaurant and mostly the people that make this restaurant unique. Highly recommended it!
The best small course meals ive had where I enjoyed every dish. Very creative and delicious dishes whether your vegetarian or not. The experience and ambiance is lovely. The server was knowledgeable and friendly; their passion and pride about the origin of Vietnam's vegetables and fruits was great. I enjoyed that the chef created an unconventional dish from a traditional/staple ingredient in everyday vietnamese food. The Kobucha was delicious too. Definitely be a place we come back to when visiting Vietnam. If you have any food allergies they will adjust the menu for you. If you're looking for something truly delicious, unique experience, and have an appreciation for vietnamese vegetables and fruits then come here for dinner!
We had the best meal of our entire lives here. The food was spectacular. We had the tasting menu, and course after course was delicious and creative and thoughtful and intriguing. Our server Anh Nguyen was delightful, explaining all of the dishes with intellect and humor.
