We stayed for one night at the Hassler and were so impressed by the service and the beautiful hotel. From the airport pickup to checkout and everything in between, EVERYONE took such good care of us. The room was beautiful and impeccably clean and the beds were so comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed sweeping views while eating a delicious meal. It was a one-of-a-kind experience. Special shout out to Vito at the front desk who took the time to talk to us about all our concerns and made us feel so welcome on our first trip to Rome.

We had a fabulous lunch at the Hassler Hotel in Rome today, for my wife’s birthday. The setting is iconic, the food amazing but the service from all the staff, especially Nicola in the bar, was fantastic. We were made to feel like royalty - the Hassler reputation definitely lives up to its name! Thank you to everyone who made our visit and my wife’s birthday, very special, with special thanks to both Nicola and Andrea. Highly recommended

Staying at the Hassler Roma was an unforgettable experience that perfectly captured the essence of Roman elegance. Located at the very top of the Spanish Steps, this iconic hotel offers the most breathtaking panoramic views of the Eternal City. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Our room was a masterpiece of classic design, blending historic charm with modern luxury. Dining at the Michelin-starred Imàgo was a highlight; watching the sunset over St. Peter's Basilica while enjoying world-class cuisine is a memory I will cherish forever. It is more than just a hotel; it’s a legendary landmark. If you are looking for perfection in the heart of Rome, this is it. Highly recommended!

The Hassler is truly the definition of timeless opulence. Perched at the top of the Spanish Steps, it offers some of the most breathtaking views in all of Rome. The views that alone are worth the visit. From the moment you arrive, every detail exudes elegance, history, and refinement. The Michelin starred restaurant on the 6th floor provides a culinary experience that rivals any in Europe. Each dish is a masterpiece, complemented by an atmosphere of classic sophistication. My only regret is that I could only stay for one night, with less than 24 hours to soak in the experience. This is a place that deserves more time!

The reputation of The Hassler is not exaggerated. We recently spent 2 days there. I won't repeat all the wonderful things people have said. I agree with them all. I want to give a shout out to Antonina at the reception. I became ill on the flight over to Rome. When we arrived at the hotel early in the morning, our room was not ready. Upon seeing my condition, Antonina did not hesitate to find us a hospitality room so I could rest. She walked us into the breakfast area and came back to escort us up to the hospitality room. After a long and difficult plane ride, what she did that morning saved me. Your kindness was greatly appreciated! I am so happy that you were there to help me. Thank you. I wish you nothing but the best for your future. Antonina DeVito Yes, we do share the same name:)
