TLDR: Neutral recommendation/recommend coming to this restaurant. I need to start with how amazing this restaurant was! Great selection of all-you-can-eat food (great sides and meat choices, more limited but existing seafood offering), attentive and super nice staff all around, complemented with dazzling decoration that created a lively ambiance. If you have never been to a Brazilian BBQ before, I can highly recommend this restaurant as a first experience. However, the main drawback for me is the price point (430 Brazilian Real per person). Given the price level in Rio de Janeiro, I believe you could get the same food quality at lower prices. Therefore, I can recommend it as a one-time (even better if first time) experience but would not go back again.

Marius Degustaré in Rio is one of those places you don’t forget. The food is incredible, especially the lobster, and the variety is on another level. You have all kinds of options, all fresh and full of flavor. What really makes it unique is the atmosphere. The decoration is like nothing else, it feels like you’re inside a sunken pirate ship, with details everywhere you look. It’s not just about eating, it’s the whole experience. Definitely one of a kind.

We had a great experience at Marius Degustare. The food was excellent, especially the shoulder meat, which was absolutely outstanding—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The place also has a very unique atmosphere that adds to the overall experience. You can really tell care and skill go into the preparation. Definitely a place worth visiting if you appreciate well-cooked, high-quality food.

Took my sister here for her birthday and it’s easily one of my favorite restaurants. The decor makes it really memorable. She loved the coffee bean bathroom, and they even had pads stocked for the ladies, which was a thoughtful touch. Service was great from start to finish. They grabbed our plates and brought them to the table, pulled out our seats, and really made it feel special. For her birthday, they brought out champagne and treats, which was a nice surprise. The steak was my favorite part. We basically tried almost every part of the cow, and everything was done right. 10/10 would definitely go back.

Amazing. I went to eat seafood so nothing I say applies to the meat—not because it’s not good, but because I didn’t try it. To start; the food. I lived in Cuba for 4 years, a country which has cheeper lobsters than chicken, and the ones I had here where one of the best I’ve ever had. So the lobsters were a highlight. I’m also really enjoy oysters and I have them whenever and wherever I can and the ones here where delightful, maybe if they where served on ice would be better but as long as you eat them quick they stay fresh. Overall the seafood was really good, but the oysters and lobster were a highlight I had to mention. The buffet area has really good options, caviar and trout eggs, overall very pleasant. The service is amazing, very warm and smiley waiters. We got a quick show on how they open the oysters as I’ve tried doing at home and struggled, this is obviously not common but they took us to the kitchen and showed us. Amazing. The waiters were super friendly and smiley, I can’t stress it enough. The atmosphere is interesting, it’s filled with the golden colorful items, colorful lights. It’s like a sunken treasure chest, given how much seafood there is I think the theme is fitting and overall fun. The waiters being dressed as pirates is cool aswell. Overall a great visit, would recommend for seafood.
