We really liked our experience here! The ocean view room it’s really good, super comfy bed, big bathroom and beautiful view. The spa is nice, amazing massages and sauna. Every day we had a delicious breakfast at the resto and we adored the little desserts they left for us every afternoon in the room. Also the rooftop is amazing with a spectacular view, sadly the pool is small and they don’t have enough chairs so you have to go early. The hotel staff is excellent and kind. The beach service is really simple with only chairs and towels (not food or drinks). The problem during my stay were the elevators, almost always broken. But regardless of that issue, we had an amazing time here.

What a nice hotel! One of the best view in Rio de Janeiro WOW! The hotel is very clean, same for the room, and the roof top is just incredible. I was there with my son for his first time in Rio, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was perfect. Everyone was so kind with us, always smiling and there to respond to our needs. Staff from the reception, at the rooftop pool/restaurant, at the entrance, at the beach for the chair service (that is a big +++), for room service/cleaning, the Concierge etc. were all amazing!The room is very well spacious and design. I wish I could give more stars. We’ve been all around the US and the world in all kinds of hotels and this was by far the greatest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Conviennent to all the best parts of Copa and Ipanema. Clean/updated facilities including a gorgeous, private, and quiet pool. Outstanding helpful and accommodating staff.

I had an overall pleasant stay, but unfortunately a very concerning issue has completely changed my impression of this hotel. A pair of valuable solid gold earrings went missing from my room during my stay. I am confident they were in the room upon arrival and were not worn outside, as I was being cautious with valuables in the city. The hotel conducted an internal investigation and stated that no irregularities were found. However, the item has still not been recovered, and no meaningful resolution or compensation has been offered. While I understand that these situations can be difficult to prove, I would have expected a higher level of accountability and guest support from a 5-star hotel. I would strongly recommend that future guests take extra precautions with their valuables.

This is by far one of the top 3 hotels in Rio. Staff go out of their way to help you. All the guys in the Concierge were very helpful in organizing my activities. Rooms were modern and clean. And the location is the best right in the middle of copagabana. Highly recommend it!
