Our last night in Iceland. What a perfect way to end our trip. The trio was incredible. And the lemon sole also excellent. Staff were great and answered my questions regarding the types of fish. The bread and granola .. how is it so good? We got 2 non alcoholic drinks, so glad they had these on the menu.

Loved every aspect of the meal here. The food is pricey (but so is everything in Iceland), but the quality and serving portions made it well worth it. Fish was thick, juicy, flavourful, so fresh. The accompaniments on the plate were well executed. And they even provided some form of starter, complements of the chef PLUS a bread basket with muesli that went so well together.

When in Iceland … one apparently is supposed to try fish! This was suggested to us by the hotel desk clerk so we made a reservation (highly recommend) and did it ever exceed expectations! The service was amazing, the decor and basement vibe was perfect and the food was all delicious! We split the fish trio and the charr and all of the fish was melt-in-your-mouth wonderful. They started us out with two small sushi (tuna) bites and fresh bread and butter that they suggested we dip into caramelized granola (another winner)! It’s not cheap but it’s so very worth it if you’re in town.

We ordered the Iceland Fish, Italy Garlic, and a 14-piece sushi set to share among three of us. The portions were generous, and every dish was delicious. The service was attentive, and the ambiance was lovely. That said, the prices were rather steep, but overall, it was still an enjoyable dining experience.

Everything was perfect, from begging to end. It was our second time coming here and for sure not last. The waiters were super respectful and kind, the food was amazing and that makes us feel super good. We never ate such good food ever. Thank you!
