Tried the famous viral burger spot in Queenstown on my first day there. The location was perfect—close to our hotel and easy to find. People always mention the long queues, but honestly the line moved very quickly and was well organized. We only waited around 10–15 minutes after ordering, which was very reasonable. I ordered the Fergburger with added Brie cheese and absolutely loved it. The patty was thick, juicy, and full of flavor. My friend ordered the Deluxe Burger, which was also really good. For drink i order chai latte (not that strong) The area is nice too, located next to FergBar and the bakery. Definitely worth trying if you’re visiting Queenstown. Will definitely come back. Thanks!

Fergburger is definitely worth a visit when you’re in Queenstown. Even though the queue was long, the ordering process was efficient and I received my burger within about 30 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The menu has a huge variety of options, including beef, lamb, fish, and vegan burgers, so there’s something for everyone. If you enjoy lamb and cheese, I highly recommend trying the Blue Cheese Lamb Burger – it’s packed with flavour and well worth it. The fish and vegan burgers were also fantastic, with fresh ingredients and great taste. Combined with the long opening hours, it’s easy to see why Fergburger is so popular. Great food, good service, and an iconic Queenstown experience!

A must-have in Queenstown + One of the best burgers I’ve ever had! 🍔 The beef patty was juicy, flavourful and absolutely so delicious. The bun and mayo combo was just perfect. The only downside was the long queue and the limited seating. But honestly, it was well worth the wait!

I don't usually like hamburgers, but I decided to try this famous restaurant in Queensland. I did good choice, I’m happy to have the experience here!! The burger was very tasty and had a beefy taste. I only waited about twenty minutes in front of the shop.

We did it! We tried the infamous Fergburger. I was told by multiple people back home in Australia that they didn’t go here because the line was ridiculously long. Honestly, it wasn’t that bad of a wait when we went, it was around 3pm on a Saturday and we were in line for under 20mins. We ordered “The big AL” and the Ferg Deluxe, costing at just under $20 per burger (fries not included). We also ordered two large fries, salt and pepper squid, and a caramel thick shake. We spent about $90 for the lot. Personally, I felt the burgers are overrated. The burgers are a decent size, the buns are nice and soft, but there is nothing about the overall flavour that sets them apart from other stores. Fries were nice and crispy - in hindsight one large fries would’ve been enough to share given the size of the burger. Caramel thick shake was like I’ve had elsewhere. The squid should be taken off the menu completely; it didn’t complement the other menu items and it was overly peppered, thin, dry and crusty. The service was friendly and quick given how busy it was but with all the hype about this place I was disappointed when I wasn’t blown away.
