I had such a meaningful experience with the team at Eichardt’s Private Hotel. Even though I was not a guest, Sarah and Marcos at the front desk spent about an hour and a half helping me when I was in a really difficult situation. My English is not very good, and I was quite lost at the time, but they were so patient, kind, and genuinely caring. They really took the time to understand me and help me, which meant so much. They didn’t have to do that, but they chose to help anyway. This kind of hospitality really stayed with me. If this is how they treat someone who isn’t even staying there, I can only imagine how wonderful the experience must be for their guests. Thank you so much, Sarah and Marcos — I will never forget your kindness. I will definitely come back to Queenstown, and next time I will stay at your hotel. I would love to be welcomed by you again.
An unforgettable honeymoon stay at Eichardt’s Private Hotel. Our Heritage Suite was beautiful, and every detail—from champagne and canapés to an incredible dinner and full breakfast—was exceptional. This was the most incredible place we’ve ever stayed. The staff is the most welcoming and incredible staff. I’ve ever interacted with. From the moment we stepped in the door to the moment we left we were so well taken care of. The accommodations are Superior and the quality of the rooms is unmatched. The restaurants located within the hotel itself are absolutely phenomenal and the location could not be any better.
We celebrated my cousin’s wedding reception dinner at Eichardt’s Hotel on 20th September 2025, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue was simply stunning — elegant, warm, and full of character. The private room created such an intimate atmosphere that our whole family was completely overwhelmed the moment we walked in. Every meal was beautifully presented and delicious, with impeccable attention to detail. The service team was professional yet genuinely friendly, making everyone feel truly special throughout the evening. Lastly, the communication and coordination with the Eichardt’s team were excellent — they made everything smooth and stress-free, ensuring the night flowed perfectly. We couldn’t have imagined a more magical setting to celebrate such a special day. Thank you, Eichardt’s, for creating such unforgettable memories for our family.
If I could only stay at one hotel it would be this one. From the moment we arrived everything was taken care of and any troubles were handled! Carlos at the front desk was an angel helping us with everything we needed when we arrived and making sure we made our reservations on time! The service from the entire team was exceptional and they made this one of the most relaxing stays! The waterfront access and views is unparalleled and the lake lulls you to sleep each night. If I could move in I would! We will 10000% be returning for many more amazing nights at Eichardt’s!
