I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, historic hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Old Québec. My suite was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning city view. I especially enjoyed relaxing at Bar 1608 with crafted cocktails and beautiful scenery. The lobby, bar, and restaurants were lively even in the off season. Service was excellent throughout, from valet and reception to Bar 1608 and room service. Another great Fairmont experience. I will definitely return.

I visited Chateau Frontenac for a brief weekend. The check in was swift and the room was perfect. I had a wonderful view, amenities were great and enjoyed how clean and spotless it was. I had a comfortable, quiet stay. The lobby can get quite busy with all the curious visitors but there is a section for guests at the hotel though it could use additional amenities and sprucing. I highly recommend this hotel fora lovely, well located stay.

We had a wonderful visit to Quebec City. Staying at the Fairmont in old Quebec made it picture perfect. Breakfast at Place Dufferin and the pool were the highlights. The room was very comfortable and provided a cozy place to watch a movie after a long day. My friend was particularly impressed with the presentation of our room service order. What made this stay so nice were the staff. Ariel at the front desk created a warm first impression, Natalie our room attendant was attentive to detail and Maxime at Place Dufferin was exceedingly professional.

I cannot begin to thank you enough for our wonderful stay. I wish I could remember everyone's name, but there are a few people I would like to highlight. Mareka greeted us at the concierge desk on the 14th floor. She went over and above to make sure that all of our needs were met. Vincent, one of the waiters in the gold lounge, always made sure to have my perfect ice latte made. The wine tasting (by Elyse) and beer tasting (by Jacob) were phenomenal. Our maid, Celine, always had our room ready! Because I was celebrating my birthday, she even gave me a birthday card! I have never stayed at a hotel were EVERYONE was so friendly. It was clear that good customer service was their number one priority.

Staying at Château Frontenac for three nights was a dream come true. The front desk staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional in their orientation. The room was spotless; although the facilities are a bit dated and a few outlets didn't work, there were plenty of others available, so it wasn't an issue at all. These minor flaws didn't diminish my love for this hotel. I also noticed the split-level floors with stairs throughout the building, which must make the housekeeping staff's job quite demanding—a special thanks to them for their hard work. As for breakfast, the buffet was excellent with warm and friendly service. The food quality was top-notch, especially the pastries. The croissants were a standout—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Truly unforgettable! Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here!
