The hotel’s location is truly excellent. It is very close to the historical center and the Old Town. The room we stayed in was very nice, spacious, and extremely practical. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. Most of the hotel staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The bellboys at the entrance were especially attentive. I would like to thank all the bellboys, especially Bilal, whose name I had the chance to learn. Breakfast was sufficient and consisted of high-quality products. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of our room and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. I would especially like to thank Gabriella, along with all the staff, for their efforts. I would like to mention that the carpet in the room seemed a bit worn; renewing it could further enhance the comfort. Apart from this, everything was very good. Special thanks to the warm and friendly pianist in the black suit for the beautiful live piano performance. I would like to thank the entire team for their hard work. If I visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
We had our last Meal in Prague in the Grand Mark Restaurant today. I can confidently say it was one of the best meals I have ever had in my life! Both me and my Company were delighted with the food and the service. A special shoutout goes to our lovely waitress Mariana. She is what made this meal truly special. She was always friendly, explained every dish beautifully and recommended a wine with our meal that has now been ordered online because it was one of the best glasses we’ve had so far. She really took the time with our table and I cannot thank her enough! If you ever have the privilege of dining at one of her tables, tip her generously! The Food of course was exzeptionell as well and you should come for the grand mark signature desert alone. Cannot recommend this enough! Thanks for such a special stay to the whole staff
I stayed at the hotel for two nights and had an excellent experience. The service was outstanding — all the staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. I really appreciated how smooth and welcoming the whole stay felt. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again! I would like to give special recognition to Bilal, who works as a Doorman. He was truly exceptional — always smiling, polite, and eager to assist with anything I needed. He made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived and went out of his way to ensure everything was convenient. Bilal is a great representative of the hotel’s high level of service!
Fantastic overall, one of the best hotel stays I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. Breakfast was perfect, the room was spacious and clean, every little amenity was thought of to the last detail, and the staff were absolutely incredible. The Easter decoration was also super cute, and upon arrival we were given the loveliest little cake. 10/10 would recommend!
I want to start off by saying Martin at the front desk is the nicest front desk person I have ever dealt with. The woman next to him not so much. He made the experience so pleasurable offering us all sorts of perks that were part of the program. I did not like the suite we got because it was too many different rooms but the hotel was sold out so they couldn't move us. I ordered room service. It was okay. I don't understand why they dye the hamburger bun red they say it is beet juice, but it is so weird and it kind of ruined The taste even though it was quite delicious. I think it was a lovely hotel but not for a luxury resort. I think it was a tad bit less luxurious than some that I have stayed at. Lot of people. Love Prague, my husband and I thought it was very dirty. The garbages were overflowing in the city and there were a lot of shady people and tons and tons and tons of graffiti so that didn't add to the enjoyment. I feel the food is very heavy in general. Of course the beer is delicious, but you can only drink so many. So yes, I think the hotel was great but not for a fine hotel of American Express.
