Really nice hostel & facilities. The lobby feels so cozy & love the kitchen / common area as well. I booked a female room with 6 beds (not bunk beds) on the attic area and everything's perfect, there's enough privacy and storage space for everyone and the bathroom area is clean. The area is strategic: there's a great Czech restaurant next door, amazing local bakery down the street, and a Lidl.

Had a great stay at Sir Toby's. I booked a two-bed private room with my brother, which was about €25 per night for each of us - quite affordable! The room was more rustic than I'd imagined, but this only added to the charm of the place - it had an old-fashioned wooden floor, table, and closet, as well as an attractive porcelain sink. The room faced a main street which was somewhat noisy at night, but closing the double windows (and earplugs) ensured the noise could be mostly blocked out. The beds and the rest of the room were clean and well-kept. The hostel has an outdoor garden with a seating area, as well as a basement featuring a small bar. The latter filled up with people as evening fell, and became quite lively, with lots of fellow travelers laughing and enjoying themselves. The bar was stocked with a variety of games, including cards and chess, which we enjoyed. Beers were on tap and cheap; we even received buy-one-get-one-free vouchers upon check-in. Breakfast could be purchased in the morning for a reasonable price, but there's also a Lidl within walking distance, which I opted for. Not much else to add - I had a good experience here, and would recommend Sir Toby's to anyone visiting Prague.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful service I received during my stay in Prague. The receptionists in the mornings were always incredibly friendly, professional and attentive. Thanks to their hospitality and warm welcome, I felt at home from the very first moment. Without a doubt, a first-class team that adds enormous value to the hotel. And Ravi: coming back to the hotel at night and always finding a smile, friendliness and absolute helpfulness makes all the difference. Your professionalism and warm manner gave me a feeling of security and welcome. An impeccable performance! I’m a regular hostel guest and I particularly liked this one; its vintage flair suits the city perfectly, and the best bits were the terrace and the picturesque rooms on the top floor.

Sweet hostel with a long history (Prague's first, afaik!) The bar/basement area is genuinely fun to be in. There's a garden, but it closes at 9:30pm most days. Oh well! I slept in Egal, one of the pod style rooms. Bed was comfy and I had just enough space for my stuff + getting ready, there's a mirror in each pod which is great! Built-in ventilation wasn't quite enough to have my full body cooled evenly as the nights heat up, so -1 for that... but it wasn't at all unbearable. Do bear in mind I stayed late spring/early summer, so YMMV. -1 to service because the dryer is a little sus. It won't ruin your clothes, but it's up to the fates whether it dries them. DO THE DRAIN AND SPIN IN THE WASHER. It's the only way, shawty. Otherwise you will pound sand and spend 100CZK before you realize your mistake. Reception was a breeze. 24/7, and Liz was a ray of sunshine..! They've got a little coffee bar up front, and usually stock little treats like waffles as well :) anyway yea i'd crash here again.

I had a good experience at Sir Toby’s hostel and I’d definitely stay again. You really can’t beat the prices for the location - I paid around €60 for 4 nights. I really enjoyed hanging out at the bar, lots of friendly people and cheap drinks. Great for solo travelers. Overall clean, comfortable, lots of bathrooms, kind staff. Small complaint- they didn’t clear the trash in the room one day so it was overflowing a bit. Otherwise great. The location was nice, lots of cafes and shops, just a quick tram from the city centre.
