Parlour is truly a special bar. After first visiting over a decade ago, we had such fond memories that we even named a table at our wedding after it last year! 11 years later it is still just as brilliant. A great atmosphere, lovely surroundings and delicious drinks. Parlour knows exactly what it is and exactly what it wants to be, and is all the better for it. The special addition to this visit was Margarita - she was so welcoming, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. She was so thoughtful in the questions she asked to make sure she could make us drinks we would not only love, but that were a little different to what we would have had before. As people who spend a LOT of time in cocktail bars, this really made a difference to us. We had 6 drinks between us and every single one was delicious and also interesting. Margarita also had an opinion on what really matters when it comes to getting the most out of a cocktail which we really appreciated! A special experience from start to finish.

A really nice and interesting experience. You can order classic cocktails, but you can also just tell the bartender your preferences and they’ll craft a custom drink for you. Overall, the drinks we got were exactly what we expected. The bar has a great ambiance, and the glassware they use is beautiful.

I’d call it a speakeasy with a bartender full of personality, which I found it amusing. She asked about flavor profiles and we gave her our preference, but she kept finding contradictions. After a bit it was like not sure what else I can say. Full of contradictions, but entertaining. At the end, she made an excellent dirty martini with Mediterranean notes for me and hubby a twist on an old fashioned. I then asked for a refreshing drink and she delivered. At one point the place was full and 5 large frat boys walked in, and it’s a small space. She told them there wasn’t room and to come back later. Not sure what they said, but she told them sorry not here. It was funny seeing them walk out shocked and in disbelief. Same theme as everywhere else, be patient, be polite and it’s reciprocated. It was a great experience to be honest. We went only for a drink to explore the city bars but we were amazed with the place so we drink a couple rounds and we went and the other day. It was one of the best spicy margaritas that i had bc i had many in different places but here you can choose whatever you like doesnt have a menu. If you want something cozy, intimate and romantic with low light and great choice of music i highly recommend. The guy who worked there was great with us, very kind and ready to help if everything was okay. Tomash if i’m not spelling wrong was a great guy and very passionate with his work. 10/10. Great place, extremely good cocktails and exceptional service. Thanks to Tomash!!!

A random find and I’m glad we did. What a niche, cool, warm cocktail bar with great atmosphere, drinks and staff. The tailored element is very cool, so just ask for something and you’ll get it. I’d definitely swing by if you can and grab a drink. I’ll be back!
