We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception team welcomed us warmly and made us feel truly valued as guests. The staff throughout the entire hotel were incredibly friendly, professional and always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Our room was spotless every day and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything perfectly clean and comfortable. What impressed us most was the genuine kindness and hospitality of the entire team. They always made sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Overall, this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We highly recommend it and would love to come back again. Thank you to the whole team for such a fantastic experience!

We loved our stay. We've been to other Mandarin oriental hotels around the world, but this one is a little more like a boutique hotel. Smaller than most and it feels more personal. The best location only a few minutes walk from the Charles bridge. Exceptional service from all the staff. We would like to say a special thanks to Sonny and José who looked after us every morning with exceptional service and food. We will be back soon.

A truly magnificent experience. The service throughout the hotel is spectacular, attentive, warm, and extremely professional. The room was very comfortable and beautifully maintained, perfect for rest and relaxation. The spa is absolutely beautiful, and the service there was flawless. I don’t remember the name of the therapist who gave me my massage, but she was highly professional and used excellent-quality products. It was a wonderful and very relaxing experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

This chain never fails to impress. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly attentive, always going out of their way to make our stay memorable. The rooms are big and nice. The concierge was one of the best I’ve ever encountered, they managed to secure tickets for events that were fully booked, which made a huge difference to our trip. I highly recommend this hotel. Even though it’s slightly away from the city centre, it’s an easy and pleasant walk, and the location itself is quiet and relaxing.
