I left feeling very satisfied with the entire experience. A highly recommended pilgrimage for any serious epicurean in Prague.

Bored to death. Overall ambience was bland and tasteless. Except perhaps for the "bone broth" chandelier's backstory. The amuse bouche were passable, nothing extraordinary. The lick plate was feral. The mains were not phenomenal. And cutting that long marshmallow was just very gimmicky. Not quite sure where the Michelin star quality was. Also, if they want to carry on with an open kitchen, at least acknowledge the customers that are just an inch away. Or better yet, put up a full floor-to-ceiling glass wall so we can enjoy all the cooking without having to hear the background chatter or endure pretending we don't exist. The little liar of a sommelier said there was no rosé available yet on the website, the drinks menu was there and I wasn't even given one to choose. It's one of those annoying new approach of "let me be your wine menu". The wine recommendation was absolutely poor.

The servers are willing to interact with you and give you additional information on each dish. I recommend having the food paired with the Czech wine, it will not disappoint.
