For art and culture lovers, this museum is a must. Separate exhibits for local artists, each in his own style and genre. Low key, quiet, and certainly not touristy. Highly recommended! And the adjacent café!!!!
Wonderful museum, friendly staff, and a collection exhibiting works spanning from historical to contemporary. The recent Mihael Milunovic show was a pleasant surprise to see on our visit. If you are visiting Prague, don't skip out on visiting Museum Kampa.
many works by painter Kubka and formerly Otto Gutfreund. various temporary exhibitions. from museum view of the river and the riverbank. ticket office and museum shop in separate annex. there is a bit too much enforcement hall supervision. one of the few museums where photography is not allowed. worth visiting during a city park walk.
Premium location, great mixture between old and new architecture, permanent and popup exhibitions. Love the space. Don’t forget to look down to admire beautiful wooden crafted floor. Each room is different.
a private museum with modern art collections that can be visited on several floors, the vast majority of local artists, has a very beautiful terrace overlooking the river and the city and the inner courtyard full of statues and installations. a museum that is worth visiting by art lovers.
