Hemingway is such a great spot to come to after dinner. We were a big group, so we ended up trying almost the entire cocktail menu and honestly, every single drink felt unique and memorable in its own way. Their version of a Negroni was one of my favorites of the night. They also make a lot of cocktails that aren’t even on the menu -for example, they made me an amazing Basil Smash that was perfectly balanced and super fresh.
This is the most amazing cocktail bar, 100% worth coming for. All the cocktails are amazing - nothing is bad here. Plus the servers are super knowledgeable about the drinks and totally elevated the experience.
THE place for proper cocktails in Prague. ESPECIALLY if you sit at the bar and get Thomas as your expert mixologist. Yes, they gave a menu BUT if you tell him/them what you usually like and then say "Make your version" you will be pleasantly surprised. We had "Thomas's version" of a Manhattan and Paper Plane and both were Top 3 ever (and we travel the world trying them). Will be taking a few tricks home with us.
Went for drinks and snacks, and the service was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about all the drinks. The staff made great suggestions and offered plenty of good options. We had a fantastic time there as a group of eight ladies. Highly recommend!
We were instantly charmed by this bar the moment we walked in — elegant yet laid-back, with pleasant music setting the perfect background. The waiters were extremely knowledgeable and genuinely passionate, taking their time to explain every drink both before and after serving, re-introducing each one thoughtfully. We tried eight drinks in total, and every single one was amazing and unique in its own way — I truly don’t think you can go wrong with any choice. It was a truly special experience, and we would definitely come back.
