I’m traveling to Prague this Thursday with my family and I’m really looking forward to our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel. The email communication in advance has been excellent – quick, professional, and very friendly. I also appreciated how easy it was to reserve valet parking for our car. So far, a very impressive first impression – I can’t wait to arrive and experience the hotel in person. Looking forward to sharing more later, with some beautiful photos! 📸✨ ————- Update: I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Prague with my family, and overall it was a wonderful experience. We received a beautiful room with a great view, and all the staff members were extremely kind, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The gym is not very large, but it has everything you need, and I especially loved the refreshing cold towels in the fridge — a great touch after a workout. Breakfast was good, but the selection is quite limited for a hotel in this category. There could definitely be more variety. The restaurant itself was nice and the food was beautifully presented and tasted great. The only downside was that we were repeatedly encouraged to order wine or alcoholic drinks, even though I mentioned several times that I don’t drink alcohol. That felt a bit uncomfortable. Portions at the restaurant could also be slightly larger considering the price level. Overall, I would rate my stay 4.5 stars, but I will leave a full 5 stars because the service, room quality, and overall experience were still excellent.

Dear Ms. Eisen, I usually never do these kind of comments. Especially negative ones. I would like to bring to your attention that your Conceirge team member, Goa, I believe his name is very rude and must not be in the hospitality industry, primarily at a Four Seasons hotel. I passed by to drop a gift for my client staying with you, of course I don't know her room number just her name. He looked at me in such a disrespectful way that made me feel bad. He kept saying we don't have this person in-house and gave go away look. He was zero helpful and unsupportive, depicting he doesn't want to be there. Big Thanks to Maksym who solved the situation. He’s a true hospitality person. Thank you for your attention.

The Four Seasons in Prague is a beautiful and majestic hotel. The food offered at breakfast was fresh and authentic with the staff being there to help at any moment. Although I didnt take many photos when I went I included a picture of a pretty view we had. The location is also perfect. Your close to the Prague astronomical clock and are in the Old Town. Overall a beautiful hotel.

I attended the candlelight concert at this hotel. It was a great event. It was beautifully decorated and we were warmly welcome by everyone. I enjoyed it immensely! The location was perfect as you can go for a walk next to the river afterwards.
