What a fantastic stay. The hotel offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, with everything one might need for a comfortable visit. The welcome was particularly pleasant: we were offered a glass of wine while waiting for the room keys, a thoughtful gesture that immediately set the tone for the experience. One of the most fascinating aspects is the story behind the design of the hotel. Learning about how the property was conceived and developed becomes part of the journey itself and adds a unique layer to the stay. Breakfast is of excellent quality, with a wide selection of options to suit different preferences. The gym is perfectly adequate for a short stay, well equipped and featuring very new machines. Unfortunately, due to work commitments I did not have the opportunity to visit the spa, but judging from the rest of the facilities I imagine it must be just as impressive. The rooms are truly remarkable, with a timeless design that feels both refined and comfortable. The bathroom in my room was particularly striking and beautifully finished. The only small detail missing was toothpaste in the bathroom amenities kit. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
Great Hotel. Check in and get fast while writing a initial details with complementary drink. Room located in floor 1 where from entrance lobby to elevator is 3-4 steps to take. Cleanliness very high level I can noticed. Breakfast with variety of options maybe some more fruits to go. Great locations in center of Prague. Waiting to come again in Spring.
Really nice and centric hotel in Prague! We were glad how good they treat us from the first impresion. The rooms are quite big and well equiped and the food is great! Maybe they should take bit more care of the spa area. Overall is really nice place to stay in Prague!
We had a fantastic stay. The service and staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, and we were truly grateful for the upgrade the hotel kindly provided. A special thank you to the team for opening their library so our group of girls could spend time together there. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend!
This is a five-star hotel in the heart of Prague, within walking distance of everything. The room was beautifully designed, the amenities were excellent, and the staff were warm and welcoming. We especially loved the thoughtful touches—coffee and pastries in the library, wine tasting hours, warm Christmas drinks, and a complimentary city guide. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
