The food was excellent, and everyone in our group really enjoyed their meal. The quality of the dishes was outstanding and definitely the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the service was a completely different story. The staff lacked professionalism and basic courtesy. When approaching our table while we were in the middle of a conversation, they did not even apologize for interrupting us. Instead, they immediately started presenting the fish options available that day. Only after we specifically asked questions did we find out that some items on the menu were actually unavailable. This is information that should be communicated to customers from the beginning, especially when presenting the menu and daily specials. The most disappointing part of the experience came at the end of the meal when the staff openly asked for a tip. Tipping should always be a customer’s personal decision based on the quality of service received, not something that is requested directly by the restaurant staff. While the food was truly delicious and worth praising, the service unfortunately left a negative impression and did not match the standard one would expect from a restaurant of this type.

A visit to Aromi in Prague was truly a world-class dining experience. If you’re looking for top-quality Italian cuisine, fresh ingredients, and impeccable service, this is the place to go. We started with fresh oysters – perfectly chilled, beautifully presented, and wonderfully balanced in flavor. They were an excellent way to begin the evening and paired beautifully with a glass of fine prosecco. For the main course, we selected a fish of our choice. The staff first presented it to us and then expertly prepared and served it directly at our table. This added an exclusive and elegant touch to the evening while highlighting the exceptional freshness of the ingredients. The fish was cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and seasoned just enough to let its natural flavors shine. As a refreshing finish, we enjoyed a fantastic sorbet – light, vibrant, and full of pure flavor. It was the perfect palate cleanser and a beautiful way to complete the meal. For drinks, we had prosecco and a perfectly crafted Negroni, both prepared with precision and great attention to detail. The service was absolutely flawless – professional, attentive, yet naturally warm and friendly. The staff demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the menu and wine list, and we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for from start to finish. Aromi is, without a doubt, one of the best Italian restaurants in Prague. We will definitely be returning, whether for a romantic dinner or a special occasion.

Had a very special dinner here at Aromi. First off, the service was amazing for the start. Ambiance was wonderful, contemporary and relaxed. Our server explained what was on offer at the restaurant and brought out the available fishes for the day. A sommelier explained the wines to us after. We started with the Sweetbreads, shared the Seafood Risotto primi, and finished with the Turbot which we had prepared with the Truffle cream sauce and comes with lots of perfectly cooked potatoes, and clams. For dessert we had a Pear and Biscuit dessert served with Zabaione. Everything was outstanding and we could not have been more full! What a fantastic restaurant and I highly recommend Aromi. Compliments to the Chef and the Team for a memorable evening!
