I first came here last August and honestly… I had to come back. The beef is simply stunning. Perfect marbling, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor — easily some of the best beef we’ve had in a long time. You can taste the quality immediately. The atmosphere is relaxed but polished, service is friendly and professional, and the whole experience feels like a proper steak night done right. If you love serious beef and you’re in Phuket, don’t miss this place. We came back for it… and I’d do it again. 🥩🔥

We went with expectations to eat a good steak! The attitude of the staff is all about judging the customer- can he pay the price, does he even know a Mignone from a tomahawk! I’ve eaten steak all over the world -maybe 20 countries but this experience was just a nightmare! We were greeted with our server telling us that we had to order a 200-300 gms steak! When I asked for medium rare she said if it’s less than 200 gms she cannot guarantee that it would be cooked as per my preference(which was medium rare)! This was bizarre! When the steak did arrive it was like a pancake! We sent this back and another steak came which was just about 100 gms when we had ordered 150! It’s just sad that when one comes to an exclusive place like the Wagyu Steakhouse one is ready to pay provided one leaves with a memorable experience! What we saw was judgement the moment we asked for still water instead of ‘sparkling’ and questioned our server! Sad but patrons should be aware when visiting! Management needs to retrain their staff. Enjoying a good steak should not feel like being put through a test for the patron!

We ate here tonight as a party of 13 to celebrate a milestone birthday. The food, the ambience and the service could not be faulted. We had 4 children with us and they were well taken care of and enjoyed their steak and chips. The adults enjoyed A5 striploin wagyu and it was absolute melt in your mouth perfection. Accompanied by a beautiful bottle of Australian red wine and a surprise birthday dessert we rolled out of there with very full and satisfied bellies. We all agreed that it was some of the best steak we have ever had! Do not miss this amazing place when your visit Phuket!

Everything was absolutely delicious, and the seafood was incredibly, unbelievably fresh! The Ultimate Highlight: The oysters were the absolute star of the show. They were spectacularly fresh, plump, and easily some of the best I have ever tasted. The Vibe: The ambiance is stunning, luxurious, and perfectly sets the mood for a premium weekend treat. You can read how good the food is in other reviews so I will try to make it easy for you. 1. Food travelers - a must go restaurant, I would go as far as saying that if there's only one restaurant in phuket you should visit, it is this one. 2. Budget travelers - if you can, skip a bunch of mediocre restaurants in phuket, save some money and experience this. Even if you have never cared about steak, this place will change your mind. Even the side dishes were one the best we have ever tried. Go and enjoy.
