We had a bit of a rocky start on our first day at Trisara, and honestly, we were beginning to wonder if we had made the right choice. However, everything changed thanks to Sabina and her incredible team, especially Por, who completely turned our experience around. Their dedication really showed how crucial a strong Guest Relations team is for a property like this. From that moment on, we enjoyed truly wonderful days. The F&B offerings could use some improvement, and service in the restaurants and on the beach would likely benefit from more visible management presence. That said, the spa is absolutely fantastic, and our room was in excellent condition, especially considering the property’s age. Overall, thanks to the team’s exceptional support, Trisara became an unforgettable experience.
Amazing luxury resort with stunning views of the Andaman Sea. The private villas are spacious, well-designed, and come with their own pools, offering a high level of comfort and privacy. The service is top-tier, with the staff going out of their way to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The food is excellent, especially at the Seafood Terrace, where the seafood is incredibly fresh.
Beautiful hotel with amazing restaurants and pool/ beach area. The food is delicious! (Very expensive for drinks 1 aperol spritz was 1200B, $40USD) but it’s amazing place I wish I could spend every day there.
Been there for a wedding. Most dramatic scenery due to their cliff side setting. The wedding took place in villa 8, beautiful steps down to the infinity pool, stunning authentic Thai decor. Rooms are very classic and luxurious. Staff were kind and professional. This hotel has the only Michelin starred restaurant in Phuket. Highly recommended
Incredible resort. Wonderful staff, beautiful property but the view from the room , (across the private pool) was one of the real wow moments in travel. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
